I know it's early, but it would be cool to know what team we have before the last 2 weeks of the season. It will gives us a team to focus on in Weeks 16 and 17. I mean, it's not like the Dolphins matter anymore.
Unfortunately I preach patience, I will continue to do so. If we start a little early now, it means that things will drag on even more later. Keep an eye on your top three teams, I try to get everyone one of their top three and it usually works out for the most part.
GiK is right, this is my sixth year and this time of year it really does get easy to be impatient. But starting the league before the Super Bowl would be catastrophic. We already suffer through inactive periods before free agency and again before and after the draft. I think the burn out would be even higher starting it now and not being able to do anything for 7 weeks.

No one has, but just follow 3-5 teams that you want in the last two weeks of play. Normally everyone will get a team in their top three.
