I think it's possible they'd be interested in Knighton, especially with Mitchell being sidelined for so long. He's gotten in better shape than he's been in the past, I think he just wasn't as good at 2-gapping as the Patriots wanted.

Ndamukong Suh and Earl Mitchell are the starters, and Jordan Phillips and Julius Warmsley are the backups. If they're planning on keeping Chris Jones as a fifth then I say OK, maybe Knighton makes sense. But if not...

 

He has to be better than Earl Mitchell.
