Not sure why TO is getting involved. His Cowboys are on the upswing, he's happy with his coach, and he got a new deal anyways.

Jerry jones is making a mockery of his team. All that hes concerned with is creating commercial publicity to get exposure to his team and new stadium, i wouldnt be suprised to see JJ to make a play for Jason Taylor just for the entertainment value.

From my knowledge, Parcells has only said one sentence regarding JT. He will play in Miami, or he will retire. How does that qualify as calling him out?

T.O. should stick to bashing QB's, Romo is a prefect target right now. His lazyiness in the bye week is what cost them a chance at a title. I don't think McNabb would have done that.

T.O. is a cry baby who cant handle discipline or authority. Maybe Zach can shut him up.

 

I don't like TO, but he played brilliantly in that game. Don't place that loss on him. Without him, I doubt the game is that close.

I understand people hated TO's early antics but they hated Randy Moss's as well and it seems so far that they've behaved and really helped their teams. Ask any Pats or Cowboys fans if they want their star WR's off the team and they'll throw beer at you, shattered glass mug included. Maybe they'll even rub it in that their one WR got as many yards and more TD's than our top 4 combined.

Jerry Jones making a mockery of his team? Seems to me his team's winning a lot and contending for titles. No harm in getting a little pub to go with that. We get pub but no wins.

 

You do realize the Boys haven't won a playoff game since the 90's...94 I think.

 

It's been close recently but playoffs is a whole nuther beast. It's why a team like NY can take on the Patsies and win. But the Cowboys are winning and getting consecutive playoff berths in a very tough division. That's not a mockery. I think a lot of us would consider it an accomplishment if we made the playoffs this year much less win a division title. They haven't won a playoffs game but it's certainly not for a lack of trying. A botched Romo snap could've changed that.

 

I kind of agree with what he's saying about the way Parcells has been treating Taylor. Don't forget that TO has been in a locker room with Parcells. It seems obvious to me that he is responding to a question anyway.

 

From all the press accounts, this statement by TO is absolutely wrong. Tuna hasn't said a word to JT from all accounts...so how can he 'call JT out' without saying anything ??

Whether or not this is one of Tuna's mind games or simply his way of staying out of the way of Ireland and Sparano doesn't matter. Besides, from all accounts this whole thing is the result of JT's 'after football' agenda, not something cooked up by Tuna. JT is the one who initiated this, festered it, built it into an issue between him and the team and now seems to be reneging on it.

Tuna has been silent on the whole affair and now everyone wants to blame him ?? The ironic thing is, if this does continue to blow on over and JT ends up back in the fold for another year or so, whether Tuna actually tried to perform a Jedi mind trick on JT will not be known anyway because it seems to have worked...whether or not there was any intent on Tuna's part...

Whether it is warranted or not, TO bashes Parcells ANY chance he gets. You cant take any solice in what TO says with ANY topic regarding Parcells because TO is 100% bias when it comes to Parcells. Try to get TO to admit that Dallas is where they are now because Parcells biult that team, ha, right!

Does TO remember who found his wonderful pro bowl QB? Loser.. If it wasnt for Parcells, maybe Drew Henson would be throwing him the ball... Does he think Wade Phillips is a better football coach than Parcells, if so, TO must be smokin the Ricky considering it common sense Wade is coaching Parcells team. Look at how good Wade did with Buffalo for that one :sidelol:

True, but I never hear those players talking about Parcells. TO looks for times where he can directly bash Parcells to the media. Yes, Parcells has players who hate him, but they dont feel the need to go to the media every chance they get. TO just sounds like a whiney little girl. He should just keep his mouth shut and worry more about his Cowboys, not our Dolphins.

I thought you were referring to players Parcells has coached. What right does a player, who was never coached by Parcells, have to pass judgement on him?

Shockey also only had that one "******" incident (that i am aware of). TO talks trash about Parcells on a continuous basis, at least 2 times a year, and he already has #1 down for the 2008 season.
