I actually meant to post the rankings of the teams but the damn snow got me distracted. Here's his top ten rankings: KC TB ATL TOR PHI LAA MIN CIN NYY SEA Other notables: 11. BOS 16. SD 20. CHC 26. NYM 29. FL 30. MIL Keith ranks the farm systems based on high up side prospects. The list is for prospects only, therefore guys who aren't ROTY eligible aren't counted in the system. He also noted that the Cubs would have been in the top 10 before the Garza trade, Tampa Bay was #2 even before the Garza trade, San Diego jumped up at least 6 spots with the Sox trade, and Red Sox obviously moved down due to that trade. Tomorrow he lists his top 100 prospects along with each organizations top 10 prospects each. He posts on Friday names that just missed and prospects to look for in 2012.
Not surprising to see Florida's farm that low. That happens when guys like Stanton and Morrison move on to the majors. The only real concern I have with the farm is no starting pitcher with ace upside.
Cool...thanks. I heard the Yanks have improved. Which is always a good thing whether they turn into MLB for pinstripes or via trade like Sox have done, etc.
The Yankees do have talent in the minors. Cashman and Co. have done a good job restocking the farm. Montero is going to be a stud hitter, Gary Sanchez has potential to be a true catcher and Manny Banuelos and Dellin Betances have good stuff although both are very young and raw. My only complaint (which really isn't a complaint more like overhype) about their system is that Montero and Austine Roman are hyped as catching prospects yet there really isn't a non-Yankee scout out there that think either guy can stick behind the plate.

Well have to think Petite retiring and the Yankees having a quite offseason is good news for the BoSox, they added talent the Yanks really did not have their usual splashy offseason.
