    From PFT:
Bills head coach Sean McDermott said on WGR Friday that linebackers Matt Milano and Tremaine Edmunds will both be out of the lineup against the Dolphins. Edmunds is dealing with a shoulder injury while Milano has been sidelined by a hamstring injury.

A.J. Klein, Tyrel Dodson, Del'Shawn Phillips, and Tyler Matakevich make up the rest of the linebacker group, although Phillips has also missed both days of practice this week. Andre Smith is on the practice squad and could be promoted to play this weekend.

The Bills added defensive end Jerry Hughes to the injury report Thursday with a calf injury, so they could be more shorthanded on defense if things go the wrong way on that front.

Missing linebackers should mean a run-heavy game plan...hoping it's there for us.

Wow. Did they get beat up by the Jets or something? Thats an awful lot of starters to be down this early. I guess it's related to the short offseason programs.

Wonder if the same injuries would be scratches later in the season? They probably think they can take us without them, which would effectively give them a chance to rest up for a week. Regardless, healthy or hurt, I hope we take advantage of the opportunity to catch them short handed.

We need to be more creative offensively. I think the biggest difference between our vanilla gameplan and the Patriots vanilla gameplan was that all of their plays feed into and set up one another.

Ours looked like someone decided run or pass then threw a dart at that section of their playcalling sheet and chose that way.

So maybe not creative so much as cohesive.
