Well, two home games and the dirt infield has lived up to it's reputation.

Add rain, and kickers just miss, Carpenter missed a extra point try against the Jaguars on monday, last night the Panther's John Kasay's fied goal try was botched with a bad snap from the dirt infield.

So far, when it rains that infield is like a home field advantage, we should soak the thing down and if we win the coin toss only kick from the thing in the first and third quarters and let our opponents to deal with it when they try to kick the ball.

Edited to add...a Panther's kick returner also had a fumble in the dirt of the triangle as well.

 

And Jake gave up a sack to E Brown in the muck.

 

Hartline had maybe a 3 yd punt return from the dirt.

To me, we should use it like a home field advantage.

 

Panther's Qb McCown fumbled at the one yard line in mud as well.

Beavers also left the muck, called for a fair catch and the ball bounced up and hit him, that is 4 turnovers in that area of the field.

Make that 5, Hilliard fumbled as well in that area.

 

BTW...Henne also fumbled in the dirt infield, the ball hit the ground 6 times in the Infield Triangle, from the 40 to the 1, ball just get fumbled and mishandled down there.

 

Muck doesn't like Beavers? Was it because of Beaver's muff?

Opie, to tell the truth, a single playoff game "win" is more than enough for me, we haven't won a single playoff game in over a decade.
