With all the hoopla of Health Care and CAP and TRADE being debated both here and on POFO it seems our Vets are getting lost in the shuffle. I feel their plight needs to be stated.
Vets are home and homeless.

Lets see; it takes 2 weeks to get your first unimployment check (backed by the Federal Gov.) yet 6 months to recieve your disability check for getting injured while fighting for your country. I won't even go into the illegals and Gov. handouts. IMHO our priorties are screwed UP! Big time!:pity:

there is Little respect and admiration from POTUS here:pity: It's too bad he can't or won't recognize the people that make this country great. As he keeps cutting defense spending year after year he makes things a little more dangerous for the USA........but hey, having a new 30+ mile per car to drive and insurance for illegal aliens and young adults who don't necessarily want insurance is more important:up:gafinfan likes this.
