Picard was assimilated! Not to mention he defeated a whole army of the Borg in the movie "First Contact". Not sure how you get more badass than that.

That's a tough one. Kirk in Star Trek the movie was pretty damn good, but the overall edge to Picard.
For those of you voting for Cisco and Janeway, you should have your geek membership cards taken away from you. -
Picard picked a fight with a group of Klingons when he was a teen/young adult, and ended up needing a replacement heart.

I have an honorable mention for Sicso. Unlike Picard or Kirk, he would do anything to win a war. Even blow up a Romulan diplomat to get the Romulans into war with the Dominion.unluckyluciano likes this. -
