Put simpler... when you INVENT **** in a lab that hasn't existed before, and put it into a body, it's no bueno.

FDA has politics and lobby money to consider... that's why I don't 1000% believe they all get up in the morning with nothing but my best health as their priorities. I think they walk a line and balance those things. That's not to say the FDA doesn't do a lot of good regulatory work. They do. But I don't accept everything they aprove as automatically "Barry-approved" for my body.

The OP hasn't been here to keep kindergarten class on track... he is too jacked up on aspartame and "brain-bumps" as he calls his tumors.

That's sure the damn truth. Currently the head of the FDA is a former Monsanto executive. Conflict of interest anyone? As we see Monsanto allowed to carry on unchecked with their spread of their God Damned GMO crap.:angry::angry:

I have a book here somewhere by some doctor from India, called Our Body's Many Cries For Water. In it he says the most foreign to the digestive system, difficult to digest food or liquid that humans commonly consume is carbonated drinks. There is natural soda water that exists in nature, and I'm not sure it would fall into the same category as the factory created carbonation that is in soft drinks. It would be much milder. Also carbonated drinks are hard on tooth enamel and your body cannot replenish tooth enamel after it gets eroded by what we eat or drink.

Tastiest drink I've ever had was fresh pressed cane sugar from a cart in India. Sucks you have to go third world just to get that. I'm not a Miami native, so they probably have them down there considering that Cuba based their whole economy on it.

BTW-Mr. C you are sincerely impressing me with your knowledge base. I just moved to Sedona, AZ. where it's not uncommon to bump into people who have either known about or practiced being "breatharians". One of my first friends that I made named Donald was telling me all about it, stressing the need to cleanse your digestive tract. You may have just convinced me. However, it's the caffeine withdrawal I'm most concerned about. Those headaches get me everytime. I guess it's time to buy some caffeine pills. Nonetheless, good show sir...

Hate to mention something to do with Hard KNocks and interrupt this discussion concerning FDA, but thanks to a link posted today on this forum, I got to see the show online this morning.

Concerning Philbin's demeanor, the CJ segment where he walked into the coaches meeting was no big deal. I think he handled it fine. He was clearly uncomfortable, whether he was looking at practice or not, when he told CJ .... what exactly? He didn't want to upset CJ and what came out of his mouth really communicated that - it was a confusing jumble. Nevertheless, I *think* he got the point across, and we'll see if CJ takes the direction.

VD: Yeah, he was obviously not in shape, but the scoldings he got didn't seem any different from half the crap that comes out of a coach's mouth all the time. If these fast paced practices can't get him into shape by game 1, he's got something wrong with him beyond being out of shape. In sum, I don't think its something to panic about, but his failure to take his conditioning seriously does confirm what we've all suspected for quite a while; he needs maturation.

Glad to help sir. I read and study this stuff a lot. Other than sports and porno ( ;) ), it is my #1 passion.

I'm not sure if it would help with those types of headaches, but generally, Gingko Biloba can help with head aches by increasing blood flow to the brain. It is more of a preventative rather than a cure though. Also many headaches are caused by simple dehydration. So, drinking more plain water, at least 64 oz a day, can help with that. A good rule of thumb is drink an ounce of plain water a day per 2 lbs of body weight. So a 200 lb person needs 100 ounces of water. If you are physically active you need more of course. The 2:1 thing is just a basic starting point. If you find plain water too tasteless to drink that much, what I'd do is add a few drops of pure lemon or lime juice to a large glass of water. Just enough to give it a hint of flavor.

The caffeine pills may help you wean yourself off it. That's not a bad idea to me.
