Mike Pouncey should be joining him in my opinion.

All Pro the season after signing a 4 year extension. Yeah, he's pretty good.

Well-deserved for one of the more humble and talented guy on the team, if not the most.

Jarvis Jones. Has the build to be the true JT replacement. #thinkingoutloud

Nice to see Wake get this recognition. One of the hardest working guys out there.

    Here's the list:

Not quite as bad as the Pro Bowl, but certainly not good.

Jones is listed as 6'2 and 242. Nothing near JT's build. You want another JT physical freak type, then Dion Jordan more closely fills the bill IMO.

Is this the crap that Mike is going to have to put up with his entire career? Maurkice getting the All Pro nods over him because he was in the league a year earlier and won it previously?

No. Usually a year after a big snub the league notices. Next year of Mike plays well he'll get his due.

There's no way you guys can intelligently complain about who is the best Center in the league. I'm sorry, but I'm calling BS on all yall!

Yes, Mike Pouncey is a top-5 C in this league. But there's no way any of you have watched enough Seahawks or Steelers or Houston games to say definitively that Mike Pouncey is better than Max Unger, Maurkice Pouncey, Chris Myers, or even Jeff Saturday or Mangold.

Probably. It's a Steelers player. Maurkice will probably be voted in for years, maybe one year he'll actually be worth it.

There's really no way you've watched enough games if you've got Jeff Saturday on that list.

Stealers fans are legion, if Mike is to make the list it will be through the players voting.

    Did Brian Hartline make alternate!?!?!?!

I am also confused by there being two running backs on the first team list (plus a fullback). Why is that position so special when all other positions are seemingly limited to the usual # on a starting 11 man unit?

Props to Cameron Wake though... where would we be without him?

All I'm saying is that the people who are up in arms about some kind of Mike Pouncey snub are ill-informed homers.

Pouncey played at an All-pro level this year, to deny that is foolish.
And yeah he played better than Maurkice.

Good for Cam and the Dolphins. A good role model is important with all of these young players. Work hard, get paid.

Congrats to Wake. One player that stuck out to me was Tony Gonzalez. He just keeps on going. I'd like to know what they are paying him. I know a few ppl thought he was on the down slope when Falcons picked him up.

If that guys personal team is smart, they should recognize that first team all pro means the Kracken has been released and is a fu$$ing star...they really should do a reality show on this dude and his work in the offseason, it would riveting to watch for a change, an athlete perfecting his craft to a science,

Screw that. He is a football player that fought through. Why should he he have something more than his craft.
Porter was not happy about being replaced. We see what Wake can do.

In my opinion we are doing Wake a disservice by not getting him a true compliment on the other side because its pretty obvious that a lot of teams, if not most, focus on wake with their offensive blocking schemes. Maybe we will get one in the draft or maybe Vernon will develop into the role. Wake really deserves the honor, and the Dolphins are very lucky to have him.
