After last night its now a foregone conclusion everybody will be fired from GM to the entire coaching staff.
The question is who out there can restore this franchise to its former glory?

I'm certainly not going to assume I know who Ross should hire for these positions. All I know as a fan is that what we have now isn't working and Ross needs to do a much better job in hiring the next time around. Hopefully he will listen to individuals who actually know what it takes to build a winning team in the NFL. After the last decade and a half of substandard teams, it is imperative Ross hires the right individuals to turn this organization around this time.

Good thing that Tony Dungy atleast took the call to be on a Dolphins commitee, if you would overpay him hefty and give him influence on who becomes GM, maybe you could get him? Think actually that would be the best case scenario

But he sure could act the part. That's about all we're doing now anyway and doing a piss poor job of it.MikeHoncho likes this. -
And why is it a forgone conclusion Philbin is gone? Ireland in all likelihood is, but not Philbin. Regardless of whether anyone thinks he should be fired, I doubt he will be. -

I don't know about the GM but Jon or Jay Gruden for me as the HC would be nice.. . Jon Gruden last night IIRC was talking about how coaching "is the best job in the world"... I really think he wants to get back to coaching, it's possible he goes back to the Bucs though.
