How is there not a thread on this!!!!??? Its on the NFLN. I rushed this out to let everyone know in a timely manner. Mods merge, if there was indeed a thread that I missed.
so far......all gibril wilson does all season is tackle VIA hug......no hitting (except for his helmet to helmet later in the game) he hugs and drags down everyone (brad smith wtf!!!) he needs to hit someone and 2. that PI call on bell was ****in bull****
Ben Hartsock is sort of owning JT. JT flings him to the ground a couple of times though. I sort of like the NFLN replay...it flies by.
seeing marc anthony standing up clapping every good play for miami is cool as ****.....and has me smiling.....that dude has part ownership, hes a celeb.....but you can tell he takes pride in the team....and he wants to see them succeed. thats awesome. thumbs up from me to anthony!
I love the announcing crew, Gruden is sharp, and when Jaws breaks down a play it is like listening to a ESPN show in real time and Tirico whom I really never cared for shines in his main announcing role. Two ex NFLers and a color commentary announcer is a good mix.
notice last play of the third quarter at the jets on the ground, winded, looking defeated already.. the wildcat has beat then down.
I want to see if anyone else noticed this. Look for it while watching. Right before Teddy caught the long TD pass. On a Camarillo quick screen they show one shot of Teddy "blocking." From what I saw live in the one replay it was basically him turning his back completely to the defender and honestely looking like he was giving no effort in that department at all. I think Ted's guys then made the tackle. This play has been on my mind. See if anyone notices it. Not sure if I just saw it wrong, and there was something else to it. From what I saw it looked like Ted was not even trying. This kind of has been eating me up inside, it would be nice to be set straight, if I originally saw it wrong
they may not show it at that angle on nfl replay.....but ill look for it bro i do know he was blocking great on the 3rd down play where ricky williams leaped over leahnord for the 1st down (he was blocking revis as well)
HAHA they just showed it. On slow-mo replay originally during the game it looked much worse. He tried to seal the edge but honestly just missed. Not a good play at all, but he tried. Overreaction by me. Feel much better about it now. Not gonna crucify a player for messing up on a play, but I can't stand not giving effort. Thats what I get fro not having Ti-vo.
just saw it.....it was terrible.....he put his head down and went right past the defender, and didnt even try.....**** ginn thats bull****.....and even more ****ty cause its a designed play to his side....he knows he has to block for it to be successful........
I agree it was crappy. But he did at least look like there was some effort, he just plain missed. If you rewatch the one replay they showed live it looked 10000x worse.
Yeah, that was just terrible, Ginn tried to throw a half way cross check "block" but ending up just sort of leaning over in front of Revis..
I watch this game and see Greg Camarillo making play after play and wonder why he is not looked at as a solid #2 Wr who is a possession option? Greg C has that knack of getting open when he needs to get open and that is something I'm not sure that can be taught. I mean he has made big catches with Cleo Lemon throwing the ball, Pennington, Henne, he just gets things done.
BTW, that sort of stiff dance were Ronnie was bouncing up and down was known as the "Woo" a couple of the players went to a North High School Game and that is what the fans did en masse' whenever they scored.
When Ronnie scored, he started that silly jumping up and down thing and was joined by another player.. I was SCREAMING at the tv for them to stop before we got an excessive celebration penalty and the resulting great feild position for the jets
Lou Polite, whose primary job is to throw blocks, missed bad on that last drive where if he gets his guy, Ronnie is in the end zone. It was pretty damn bad. **** Polite?
When Henne hit Ginn on that beautful throw I thought the flag was for excessive celebration, because both Camarillo and Henne gave him an air bump. Turns out it was an unsportsman-like conduct call on the defense, I could barely hear the ref though, loudest fins game I've heard and thats on the TV. dont forget his ***-catch.
You guys notice that Jones (i think it was) did it as well when he scored? I thought he was mocking Ronnie...
Also, on the play that Washington cleans Crownders clock you see Smith come flying by and give Washington a nice right elbow to the head. Dirty play by Smith but I likes... lol
why the hell were we doing a reverse to Cobbs? First we gain nothing, Cobbs is way too slow, second it helped cause a crucial 3 and out, third we lost cobbs for the season. EDIT: I knew I should have turned it. Stupid PI call on Will Allen got me all mad again. Damn official
