So, now that Chris Grier has been promoted, it's probably a good time to start looking toward 2020. This promotion confirms that Ross will inevitably shift blame onto Grier now that he can't blame Tannenbaum or Gase. Who should we be looking at to replace Grier in 2020? I think its fairly obvious at this point that we go after both Jim Harbaugh and John Harbaugh at the SAME TIME. We should offer no less than 5 first round picks to Michigan for Jim and at least 12 first round picks to Baltimore for John. One of them would have to give up coaching and move to the front office though. I suggest a winner-take-all ping pong match between the two to decide who gets to coach. Other candidates: Cookie Monster - Ross is supposedly a big fan of Sesame Street. Cookie Monster is exactly the kind of hungry, passionate GM we need. He literally HATES benches so you'll never see him sitting on one like that loser Adam Gase. Big Bird may be in play for offensive coordinator and story teller if this comes to pass. Obviously this is our first choice. Al Avila - Currently the GM of the Detroit Tigers. He knows absolutely nothing about football, but he lives somewhere in Michigan so he's a TOP candidate for the GM spot. His name is also easy for Ross to write in crayon. Anyone else I missed?
We’re one year behind in this prediction, but it was coronavirus which set everything back one year so maybe 2021 is the 2020 you spoke of I sure hope so!!
Break Every Chain. I hope Dolfans on twitter are storming the Miami Dolphins calling for Grier's head.
