Can you imagine the media firestorm that would have happened if LeBron had walked off the court before time expired like the entire Celtics team did?

Word! After I saw that the Suns were up 2-0 against their nemesis, had to watch the game last night. Suns are really focused and Frye was an amazing pickup. Dragic played like he was in his own dream bubble.

BTW-some guy on a Spurs forum posted something hilarious..."Goran Dragic lives vicariously through himself!"

    GO SUNS!

Being on a Phins forum I thought this logic was outlawed - so Trent Dilfer is a better QB than Marino, right? Dilfer has a SB ring.

It is a team game - just because the team wins doesn't mean that every single player on that team is performing better on an individual level than every other player in the league. In terms of individual performances, Barnes is not playing better than LeBron.

Any team that sweeps a team like the Spurs should be in the radar. Lakers-Suns should be a great series.

Once the Lakers finish off the Jazz, I fully expect them to outsize the Suns. Pau/Bynum/Lamar are just too big.

I DO think the Lakers are in for a rude awakening in the Finals though...and this is coming from the resident Lakers lover on these boards.

wtf are you talking about? im talking about who is having a better 2010 playoffs. i didnt say anything about being better as a player. magic are having a better playoffs than anyone else, therefore everyone on their team is having a better playoffs than lebron or anyone else. playoffs are about wins, not personal stats. 16 wins is a championship. you dont get a ring for getting a triple double.

    and that means.....what?

Let's just say...if you would take Jameer over any of the guys I mentioned...then you are smoking crack.

"Undefeated"? as in sweep two rounds?

The Heat did that with Damon Jones at PG. So Damon Jones was the best point guard in basketball then?

You broke it out to an individual level by saying Nelson was having the best playoffs of any PG, now blast me for looking at the individual level.

    BTW..I am calling it....

The Magic will beat Cleveland like a rented Mule.

    But will lose to Boston.

My advice to Magic fans...root for Bron and the Boys.

    It is the opposite...hater.

You see...for something to be "more than likely to happen"...it has to have a better than 5% chance of happening. That would make it "NOT LIKELY" to happen.

So your post should have said..."Which is not likely to happen."

    Wade is not leaving.

Enjoy your Knick's hater. Enjoy your jealousy of us for the next 6 years.

I cannot watch and take this series seriously. I just witnessed Shaquille O'Neal take 5 steps and a ref change his initial traveling call to a foul on Perkins, which clearly happened after the travel. If he played for Boston, the traveling call would have stood.

Good job, Stern. No matter what you do, though, in the end, both Orlando and LAL are significantly better teams.

Sorry, LeBronze, oops I mean LeBrick, oops I meant LelBow.

Cleveland loses this series and LeBrons chances of leaving doubles IMO, so go Celtics!

    LeBron? Welcome to New York.

Shoulda put more on the Celtics ML. I couldn't believe they were 7.5 point underdogs. Lebron with no FG's until halfway through the 3rd? I guess he doesn't want to win.

-CLE loses Thursday night, Cleveland cries
-Mike Brown gets fired, Cleveland rejoices
    -LeBron leaves, Cleveland cries forever
-Cleveland falls victim to bone crippling depression and high crime

That's how it'll probably go down (except for the last thing).

Agreed. never wanted the celtics to win anything but damn I hope they rape cleveland in game 6. Ray Allen and Pierce need to light em up :)

Because the Knicks will have about 36M to play with in free agency. Get lebron and Bosh or Amare to go with developing star Danilo Gallinari and good complimentary players like Toney Douglas and Wilson Chandler and they will be on their way to winning the east.

And the fact the whole city is waiting for him. Every day on sports radio and on the local sports talk shows it gets talked about. All year at the Garden I saw signs and jerseys. I went and made a twitter account just to post on Bosh's twitter account.

Miami will get Bosh to keep Wade there and Lebron and Amare would guarantee NOTHING.

There isn't enough pieces in NY to go deep in the playoffs. It would be Cleveland 2.0 and Lebron doesn't want that.

The Knicks can offer 2 max contracts him and any other decent FA and he is better off than he is in Cleveland.....also the Knicks are an attraction for FA they have just been in cap HELL this whole decade.

    NY will be back.

This is possibly the most boring, yet unpredictable NBA playoffs that I've watched, blowouts and sweeps, then dueling blowouts in the Cavs/Celtics series.

Orlando looks beastly though, they just shred opponents every game and it doesn't matter if Dwight Howard is in the line up or not the outcome is the same.

2 players isn't enough to save the Knicks. They offer 2 FA max contracts and they wont be able to do anything. Like I said there isn't enough in New York to be desirable.

Even if the knicks didn't get bosh and got amare instead that's fine. I'd rather have bosh but I think gallinari and chandler are already a tandem with the ability to be better then Williams and jamison in Cleveland at this point. Plus we have the MLE to play with also.
agreed but I've had Orlando and lal in the finals since day one.

I think the Magic would LOVE to face the Cavs... but it isnt going to happen. Boston is winning this.

Not great news for Orlando... b/c I think the Celtics match up pretty well against the Magic... or at least a hell of a lot better than Cleveland...

Its going to have to take more than Amare. I think Lebron is going to wait to pair up with someone and go to a team. He wont sign right away he is going to want to look at every option out there.

I use to think this but damn Magic are completely different team than last year. They are the best team defensively and the best 3 point shooting team. Lakers are the only team that matches up with them in size but I think Magic take it to be honest.

Magic will beat the C's in 5 and beat the Lakers in 6.
