My lala land fantasy says the Heat will make a miracle comeback to tie it 3-3 but my gut says that the Spurs going to shoot lights out on us game 5.

Doesn't matter which four games you win. Let's get this done or go down fighting. Two days off before we have to go back out there. Rest and come back ready to play.

Win game five. That is the first step, if we can do that we have a shot. If we come out like this its over. If we fall behind early we will have no chance.

Trivia question 30 years from now:

Q: Which is the only team to come back and win the finals after trailing 3-1 in the series?

A: The 2014 Miami Heat led by Lebron James.

Side note: between the other site and here I've been part of these boards coming up on a decade now, and have only ignored 3 people, ever. They post in this tread. Kind of ironic, seeing how this is a Dolphins and not a HEAT board.

If we take game 5 then I believe the Heat will play angry for being swept at home so far so they take game 6, by then the Spurs will be low on gas and the Heat take it, we need to start Oden or play him in and play man to man no help no nothing, if they score a layup then so be it, getting killed on the threes.

    Wade going to come back

SPO, listen to me right now, BENCH CHALMERS, he is done, bench him for the series.

Is it possible you think this years Heat is better then they are and the Spurs are not as good as you are giving them credit for?

Pretty sure i can go through this thread since the finals and find very few posts mentioning the Spurs just playing well.. Its the Refs, Cramps, and not caring or lack of defense.

miami is done, to many weapons on the spurs to cover, wade looks like he is done too, at least when it counts....hope LeBron opts out of his deal after they should have been swept in this series but manage to go down 1-4

its cockiness too, but this will go away soon, this miami heat team will fall apart...at least thats what i hope after reading some of the most annoying reasons why miami is losing this series right now....no credit to the spurs, its all on the heat...disgusting

Back to back championships and 3 of the best players in the game they have a right to be cocky. That doesnt mean they should give zero credit to the team that kicked their *** the last two games.

Wade cant take over every game like he could before but he is hardly washed up. Most players wish they could average 19 a game as the 2nd option during the playoffs.

Bosh's numbers are decieving as he is the 3rd option ( heck 4th at times)

I'm actually hoping they sign Carmelo and watch the drama unfold.

Why wouldn't Melo just sign with the Spurs if he wants to go the b---- route to winning a title? After all, people have pointed out that SA is a younger team than Miami. :confused2:

Tim Duncan has been taking an undervalued contract for years, Melo certainly won't be there but ANYWHERE other than Miami for goodness sakes.

Spurs have been the better team so far. Showing more energy, executing better, and certainly having some "luck" on their side too (I swear some of these possessions and shots they have are just insane). Miami needs to be sharper on defense and stop missing open shots. Getting some calls for contact every now and then would be nice too. Simply put, we've been absolute **** these past 2 games. Time to man up Miami. I expect this kind of **** play from the Dolphins, not the Heat. That's the most frustrating part.

Also, screw Parker. Cannot stand that guy.

    Mighty wishful thinking there.

Oh, don't worry he'll be opting out alright, but it won't be due to a luck of faith in Pat Riley. In fact, quite the opposite.

Did you read one post and make up your mind or are you just trolling? I've been casting much credit on the Spurs.

Talk about not giving credit where credit is due. Here lies a team with 4 straight NBA finals appearances and just under ninety (90) playoff games under their belt in that time. A team with 4 maybe 5 hall of famers. An NBA MVP, with multiple NBA and Finals MVPs. The 2 best 3 pt shooters of all time and the best all around player since Magic Johnson. Then there's Wade, a likely top 3 SG of all time, another finals MVP and scoring champ. Not to mention the likely best defensive guard in NBA history (don't look now but he's still the career blocks leader for guards, by far).

But feel free to enjoy a circlejerk every now and then whenever they lose. If that is what fulfills your life. To each his own.

i was just referring to a poster who wrote about the same thing that you guys all are complaining about the refs etc. but don't give credit to the spurs, i did not read any in game comments during last nights game, but i dont think that anything i wrote is worth to be called trolling, basically all the media outlets called the heat the same after the game, they called wade "old" and "slow"

so if anyone feels offended i will apologize

If we go by what the national knee jerk media says, Ray Allen, Rashard and Birdman couldn't possibly contribute to a championship.

Gotdamn that was a clinic last night. Geeze. Last two games have been some of the best team offensive ball I've seen. Add to it Leonard's tremendous individual defense and Duncan's rim protection and yea, not hard to figure out why they're dominating.

That said...there's no way the Heat lose this in 5. Champions don't go down that easy, and neither does the league's best player. Home court doesn't mean **** to these teams, apparently.

We never had a real lead last night. This game felt more like the Jacksonville game to end Marino's career. In fact game 3 felt the same way.

More like I sound like a delusional Heat fan who hasn't accept the fact our team is about to lose the series, I told my friend before the finals started that if we lose I will be heart broken and depressed for the summer.

Please basketball gods, let our Heat win the finals for that everyone here will sell their soul.

Exactly why even though ill be disappointed if we lose, I will still love this team for the excitement they've given us these past few years. Hell, past decade or so actually. Always a competitive team (except that 1 year). Great season either way, just disappointing to not win it all if the spurs hold on.
