Also about the whole noone has ever come down from 3-1.... Lebron was right when he said there was a time noone had come back from 2-0 until...guess what...it was finally done. Even if other teams had done it....it wouldn't give us a greater chance to do it.

This is Heat-Spurs and none of those other 31 series matter. We will do it or fail on our own merit not historical statistics.

 

In all fairness since I'm not playing doesn't really matter how far forward I look!

I really do believe if we won tonight we would not let them take a third in a row on our floor. Just not sure we have it in us.

 

Tonight is the game I'm most worried about, because I agree we can't lose three in a row at home. Just need to get it there.

 

On the other hand if the Spurs win..kudos to them. People can trash talk all they want but noone can take away our two titles and four straight finals.

You're probably right. Logically I'd have to agree with you. But I actually feel the best about this game I have for a while.

No logic to it though so in four hours it's entirely likely I am saying "what the hell was I thinking."

Its like being a Yankee or Red Sox fan kind of but obviously with less long term history. You might not always win the title but you've always got next season, and you know you'll be there again.

Bro on the comments section for the game 5 on ESPN, the Spurs fans complaining about the refs, the refs were awful for us for both our home games.

 

Never ever count on being their next year. Yankee fan here. Yes we went to the WS in 01 and 03 and won in 09 but the future doesnt look bright. Past success do not mean future success. Who knows what the Heat team is going to look like?

 

Not saying there is some grand conspiracy but you must admit its in the leagues best interest to make this a long series either way.
