Rockets are up by 20 with 2 minutes left to go in the 1st quarter. Harden is cooking 5-5 from downtown.

    This is getting ridiculous.

    Another blowout.
    16-4
Harden with another ridiculous runner-up MVP performance. CP3 with 65 assists (only 7 turnovers) in his first 6 games as a Rockets. An NBA record of 5 straight games with 18 or more threes made. Still a lot of room for improvement.

So how good are the Pistons this season, really? Ive watched a few games and they have stretches of shutdown defense... stanley is locked in defensively... they shut down okc and now boston.

Its not the pistons of a decade and a half ago but that defense gets locked in when it matters

Avery Bradley was a coup. That may have been a rare win-win situation for both teams, assuming Kyrie's supermax doesn't lock Boston out of keeping that team together. Lucky for Boston, Jaylen Brown is locked up for a long time.

Spoelstra and Riley have to come to terms with the fact that Justise Winslow is a bust. You can’t put a guy out there that goes 0-5 every night.

What’s the best pizza in the city? I’ll be there in a month and can’t go off Yelp, the best pizza I’ve ever had was there and only has 3 stars. **** deserved 4.5 at least.

I dont have a favorite place really. If you want the best italian food, go down to little italy. So many good places to pick from. And i agree, yelp is useless because people usually only go on those sites to complain.

The thing that stings with Winslow is Devin Booker and the fact that Ainge wanted to trade us for winslow on draft day using his brooklyn pick but because we are on an ongoing 7 year feud we dont do business with Boston

Btw its time to increase Bam’s usage.. his stat line today speaks for itself. We need him there with whiteside for at least 25 mpg

You throw him out for defense but he's definitely not getting an extension and almost certainly walks when his deal is up...if Miami is interested in winning.

I don't think that had anything to do with the feud. There was a reason Boston was going to throw those picks at Miami for the shot at Winslow, and it was the same reason Miami turned them down. In retrospect it was a horrible decision (also passing on Booker and Turner), but at the time many people thought he could turn into a star.

Something that I believe is holding the Heat back is their lack of a true point guard behind Dragic. I mentioned this before the season, and many (as well as the Heat themselves) believed they could get it done with JJ, TJ, and Richardson running the offense. Well, that hasn't worked. JJ can handle the ball and pass better than many 3/4s, but not well enough to really count on him to do it for large periods of time. He turns the ball over way too much in those situations.

Rockets up by 22 pts with 4 minutes left.
That makes 7-0 with CP3. (6 blowouts and a win at GSW)
Since his return from injury, the Rockets have the #1 offense and #2 defense.

    12-1 for November
    17-4 overall

*By the way, watching Westbrick sitting on the bench at the end of another blowout loss ready to cry really makes me happy. MVP!!!!!!

Why? Did you think he made a mistake with his offseason moves at the time? Most people felt this team would be a top 4 seed in the east. It isn't working out currently. Most of these deals are moveable, though, and I'd much rather have Riley rebuilding this team than Nick Arison.

Who said they would be top 4? I sure didn’t... I thought they would be lucky to make the playoffs with that roster... good thing we play in the East... as a Heat/Sixer fan... all my focus is on Philly while Miami figures out what they are gonna do to become a contender... relying on Goran, Waiters, and James Johnson (lmao) isn’t gonna get it done. It’s a joke to think otherwise. All we have is Whiteside. Point blank. I can rattle off 6 teams in the East that are 100 percent better then the Heat, no question.

There are more than 6 teams who are better right now. That's not what I said. I said at the time, most people thought resigning those players was the right move given their situation. They had just rattled off a 30-11 second half with that roster with some impressive wins. After missing out of Hayward, the next best option was to bring that team back and see what they could do for a full season. It's not working out, but that doesn't mean it's time for Riley to retire.

Not necessarily. While it would be great to get rid of everyone, if you can get value back for even some of them, that's a good start to a rebuild. The good news is, those contracts are very movable.

I love Zo, but what qualifies him to be a decision maker? The truth is, when Riley leaves, it's going to be Nick Arison that takes over. That's what he's being groomed for. Unfortunately we won't know whether he actually has the chops for the job or if he's just getting it because his dad owns the team, and his relationship with Riley.

This team probably needs a full rebuild, though. Despite his age, and some of his recent moves not panning out, I'm not sure how many people I'd rather have orchestrating that than Riley.

Riley has checked out years ago and has deligated the bulk of his work to andy.

Riley shows up when we are recruiting a big free agent... and we dodged a silver bullet with gordon hayward..

Rumors of a rift forming between Melo and Billy Donovan...

    Poor Westbrook
    Poor Paul George
    Poor OKC

OKC was a winning franchise before Melo came... (losing follows this guy but it’s never Melos fault)

The fraud mvp is shooting 40% fg, 32% from three, and 72% free throw. This is the guy running your offense and taking the most shots. He is the problem. MVP!!!

Melo is the third option. He's scoring 18-20 per game. If you want him to score more, stop the fraud mvp from shooting bricks all day. I feel bad for Melo....he didn't want to go there.

Melo is uncoachable... and never won anything in the NBA nor ever been an MVP candidate let alone MVP. Russell Westbrook averaged a triple double last year (something I may never see again in my life) and your just salty because he won MVP over Harden (who is on my fantasy basketball team and I absolutely love) but you are just so salty you can’t even form an actual opinion without complete personal propaganda being in there (this is factual and obvious)... Melo needs to become a team player and learn how to do something other than shoot the ball... kind of like how Russell averages 10 assists a game.. he should rip a page out of his book.

Poor Russ getting stuck with selfish player like Melo.

Knicks look way better without Melo... simple addition by subtraction. There is a reason why KP wanted to leave before they traded Melo. Hmmmmm

Let me know when your fraud mvp can lead his team to 50 wins. Mark Cuban was right...how the hell can you win that award and not win 50 games??? Harden has won 50+ in Houston 4 out of 5 years with very little help. Hell, I can name about 10 of his old teammates that were so bad, they're out of the NBA today. Yet, Harden won 50+.

The fraud mvp was 3 points away from getting swept by the runner-up in the 1st round of the playoffs. Now, even with 2 all-star teammates, he still won't win 50 games. I find that hilarious. Yea, blame the 34 year old third option instead.

Oladipo, Kanter, and Sabonis are having career years since leaving that fraud. Its not a coincidence.

Triple-Double... your so mad lmao Dwight Howard is doing better with the Hornets than his time in Houston.. I guess Harden is a fraud by your very own logic.

And he won MVP because he averaged a triple double lol how many of those have you seen in your lifetime? That’s what I thought. Stay salty.
