its really not that good an offer when you think about it: westbrook is on the downside and its a late 1st.
Don't think Westbrook is a factor at all, it's all about the first round pick. And it's not that late, 24th... Keep in mind it's a running back we're talking about here... and a running back not considered elite.

MJD is ok, but not elite. He's too little. Why do you think he was a 2nd round pick? A late 1st is an increase in value.
