I'd be willing to trade one of them, along with other players, for Stewart. Btw, When are you going to unban me? I feel like I'm falling behind.
Trade Announcement CLEVELAND BROWNS trade Derek Anderson and Jamal Lewis and their 2010 3rd round pick to.... SEATTLE SEAHAWKS for their 2010 2nd round, 3rd round and 4th round selections
On the heels of the above. I am willing to part ways with the #2 overall selection in the draft. I'm looking for either a first round swap with a player thrown in, multiple picks, or multiple players. I'm most interested in a top tier receiver, defensive back, preferably FS

I'm hoping the Madden guys built in a realistic algorithm where Favre UN-retires for Week One of my season. Otherwise Tarvararis Jackson and Sage Rosenfels are battling it out to start. LOL. I'm interest in a QB, obviously, and CB's primarily.
Sunday nights are better for me too, but your East Coast sunday night is usually my afternoon, so I'll prolly end up with automated picking. I am free every weekday morning and early afternoon Eastern Time. I am free this Friday All day until five PM Eastern time.
I always hardwire (plug my blue cable from the router straight into the back of my PS3) to play. Otherwise I occasionally get disconn and have to play the game again. Which sucks if you are winning.
No, rosters are locked as of September 2009... with the only changes being things that happened in our franchise games since then. Any changes in ratings are from the online franchise season stats. Real life 2009 NFL stats have no effect at all on the players or teams. So, for example, Sidney Rice on my Vikings still SUCKS and has horrible ratings. Thanks EA. LOL. Of course, I should have used him more, despite his crap ratings, so he could develop.... but I was trying to win, so...
You would Mor. Nobody picked them kind of an unspoken rule sort of thing. But if you want to be them it doesn't bother me at all. Just depends on Sick and the others.
Pick another team fool Yeah, what he said.....I mean, damn son, do you even bother to read the entire thread.....this is the NO PHINS League....hahahahahaa (or the NFL...No Fins League) Mor, whats your IM?
Wow... your larder really is bare, isn't it. I can't believe you won an AFC Championship with that sort of roster talent. Well, Willis is okay.
Chances of getting a player over 74 goes down a lot after the first round. In a league with probably at most 3 more seasons, having a 78 guard is worth more than a 3rd or even a 2nd round pick. Chris Chester was unexpectedly passed by someone else in overall rating. Willis is 82 with great strength. I am willing to part with Heap or Suggs for a top 10 pick if the current trade that I sent out gets denied.
It has been an unwritten rule that nobody take them, as we are all fans of the Phins. Trust Mor to barge in and start eating the uncut Wedding Cake! lol.
I can;t believe how much you use Clayton. I don;t think he's that good in real life OR Madden, but you make him look like a Hall of Famer.
"Leave Franchise" Then rejoin it again and pick a team. The RIGHT team. lol! (btw - You DID do a good thing by picking an AFC team, at least!)
The b.s. part about Madden's system is that you really can't 'groom' young players. In real life, even though I have a good starting Left Guard, if I took a good rookie with 75 overall, he'd improve each year to where after a couple years he'd be good enough to start. That's from practice time, rotating into game a bit and studying. In Madden though, only the starters get enough snaps to have high stats, and if you don;t have high stats you don;t progress. In Madden a rookie 2nd strong LG with A potential and a 75 OVR rating will NOT go up each year he sits behind a great starter. It's like all the practice, the learning from his mentor starting ahead of him, coaches and stuff mean nothing. Only playing time matters. As a result, it's literally pointless to draft any decent player unless they will start. You can;t develop non-starters. As a result, again imo, the BPA approach is useless in this draft. If I am sitting at the 29th pick and there's an 80 Guard who'll sit behind my starter and a 71 DE who can start for me, there is ZERO benefit to taking the BPA to add roster depth. It's going to be a strictly needs based draft, imo. Knowing that, AND seeing ALL the ratings, there is actually none of the excitement of a normal draft;'s guesswork, imo. They've dumbed it down so 13 year old kids don;t get frustrated by picking the 'wrong' players, and in the process lost most of a draft's appeal, imo. Not unlike making tests easier so dumb kids can pass them easier instead of challenging them to actually get better at studying. I love the draft in offline franchise. I love unearthing gems in rounds four, five, six who become starters for me. Where's the magic here?
Anyone need O-linemen? I have one who is an 80 and a few high 70's all with very very high strength. All available. Also available: DT/NT Pat Williams, DE John Abraham, WR Percy Harvin BAMMMM!!! Wants: High Draft Picks, QB, CB, MLB
I agree with the whole practice rep thing but idk about liking the offline draft. Granted I haven't offline drafted in years so it could be different now, but back then I'd scout a kid for a couple weeks get good scouting reports on him and after drafting him he turned into a dud. Edit: Barry also there is a reason for drafting BPA. You can then use him for trade bait.
