The Jacksonville Jaguars and the Indianapolis Colts have agreed to the following trade:

Indianapolis trades Peyton Manning, QB, $7,000,000.00

Jacksonville trades 2nd round draft selection (38th overall) & Jarrett Dillard, WR, $565,000.00

When asked for comment, Colts GM said, "We're sad to see a legend leave Indianapolis but we need to make the moves in the best interest of this franchise. We are glad bring Dillard to the Indianapolis family and look to add even more talent in the draft this year."
