I'm not a France fan; count another person here who is enjoying this news with a little bit of schadenfreude Too bad they didn't call up Thierry's hand for the match...
wow what do you know, another gunner out tomorrow. the vermenator picked up achilles meaning squillaci gets the start.
Game might be called off tomorrow - there's a chance of wind and Wenger doesn't want to risk losing anyone else... This is getting beyond a joke at Arsenal. It must be the training & medical staff as once they get to Arsenal they all become injured..look at Vermalin (sp) last year he was a rock and played in prety much every game...now a year with our trainers and oh look he's out injured
Arshavin has had a lot of mishaps today. Three chances on goal, nothing comes out of it. He's lost the ball numerous times as well. Song played well. I love his game. Probably one of my favorite players out there.
Wow! Hércules @ Barcelona 2-0 Final [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CFU17nX0OwQ"]YouTube - Barcelona vs Hércules 0-2 All Goals & Highlights - 11/09/10[/ame]
Nice to see Arsenal put one over Bolton like that, they're usually one of the teams we typically struggle against. Played both Bolton & Blackburn so far which are typically physical games that Arsenal struggle with so it's good to see especially with so many injuries. Song was good yesterday and generally is against lower opposition but would like to see him impose himself a lot more against the likes of United and Chelski - he's capable of it.
watching the liverpool birmingham contest... caught the last 15 min's of so of the first half... this referee is insane... clear penalty on Torres not called. Epic saves by Reina.
Such a nice goal, Cesc chip to Chamakh who chests is down to Wilshere, who does a kind of back heel back to Chamakh for the far post finish.
I mean i wouldn't blame the tie on the ref, Rosicky should have made that penalty, but there were some really horrible calls both ways. That's two league games in a row with some really big mistakes imo.
Could have seen that goal coming. Sunderland were the better side today and deserved the draw (they've beaten Man City this year so not totally demoralising) if that's our worse game of the season I'll take it though. It's a shame that as soon as Fabregas went off were had absolutely nothing going on in midfield and wasn't helped by Song's pointless bookings. Well done to SUFC though, hope Wenger is graceful in defeat....not bloody likely though!
i just realized you're ALL arsenal fans AAAAAAHHHHHH!!! just kidding. arsenal is the least-obnoxious of the "big 3" to me. ** Dempsey got a goal, first of this year's campaign. I doubt that will be enough to silence his critics though as he hasn't had the best year so far. I really wish they'd let him play his natural winger role, and not try to use him as a forward. He can play forward, but it's not his natural position. Of course he's not going to be great there... anyone watch MLS here? any predictions as to who wins the supporters shield and who wins the cup? I'm predicting LA wins the shield, RSL the cup.
You've only just worked it out...I thought this was the official Arsenal thread!? lol Don't get MLS here unfortunately
Did you guys get to see the Arsenal game from last night where we beat Sp*rs?! Great first half that forced the North London W*nkers to make a few changes at the half which made it interesting for about 20 minutes but two Samir Nasri penalties (he always plays better when takes over the Fabregas role) put the tie to bed before Arshavin finished off with the 4th. The extra time period was fantastic to watch with Arsenal just playing keep ball and generally taking the pi55. Ah today is a great day!...I truly can not explain how happy I am! Even though Flappyhandski let in another easy goal which was borderline offside he let in a very weak shot (I'm sure Keane himself thought he was gonna get flagged) I'm still f*cking estatic!
lol saw that...almost wet myself laughing!! Looks like we've got a good chance this year in the Carling Cup, Chelski, Sheikh City and Liverfool are out after last night. After 5 years with out a trophy I'll take the Carling Cup!
You're probably not missing much then. Most Britons I've met can't stand the level of play here. Here is a Premier League fan's view of a MLS match: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=104vLcIU3go"]YouTube - TFC - A **** experience (Explicit Language)[/ame] Kinda sad, really. Talk about disrespectful
