This is a cool thread idea, let's suggest a bunch of people on the board are hypocrites because you've got a hair up your arse over people disagreeing with you and potentially warming up to Jake Long. Dont get me wrong I respect you plenty, but these kind of threads are really pointless and irritating.
but to be fair this was all before his work-outs and the combine. I've been saying it for the past few weeks now. If Parcells, Ireland, and Sparano are comfortable with Jake Long, then so am I. And the same goes for every other player in this draft.
The most negative thing I've said about Jake Long is if you're not sure he's the best LT in the draft, you certainly don't take him #1. I will admit I'm giving him a hard second look now and wondering if our FO thinks he might be the LT that meets our needs best.
