Mueller also drafted Drew Mormino, who the teams impressed with. He was just not big enough to start yet. Look for Mormino to be starting on this line next year. So your statement about mueller is wrong, he drafted two o-lineman, which is a lot for one draft.

As for Kevin Carter, yeah that was a dumb move letting him go. but personally, i understand why they did. After Last season Matt Roth looked like he was ready to step up. he wasn't.

No denying the washed up bums part. We need to stop picking up other teams trash. However, i wouldn't lump porter in there right now, he's still a pretty good player for our defense.

His season never began: he was placed on IR before we played the Redskins. Even though he did indeed need the shoulder surgery, being placed on IR has the practical effect of giving Mormino the equivalent of a redshirt year. He needed to bulk up, and being put on IR gave him 10 months to do just that.

He should be expected to win a starting slot on the OL, probably at RG.

 

Belicheck and Pioli regularly let players go because they are old and gonna cost. they are strong because they draft well and add solid players through the draft. their Defense is like ours last season, only not as talented.

I wouldn't trust anyone Ferris Mueller drafted at this point.

 

His track record in the draft is actually pretty solid. He's the one that drafted guys like Joey Galloway, Walter Jones, Shawn Springs, Donte Stallworth and Thomas Howard.

He's a good draft guy, his players do produce. Just look at Satele, honestly he's had almost a pro bowl year. Now i know what you're thinking "great he drafted one good player on the first day>"
