For the 3 of you who enjoyed this, sorry for no week 5-7 ranking. I was away getting married and just didn't have the time.

Rank Points (record) Team - Last week's ranking

    1 15.096 ( 7 - 0 ) New Orleans Saints - 1
How good is this team, they played badly during the past 2 games and still came away with victories.

    2 13.025 ( 6 - 1 ) Denver Broncos - 2
The Broncos hold their #2 ranking despite their first loss. This is simply due to tougher opponents than the Vikes or Colts have faced.

    3 11.754 ( 7 - 1 ) Minnesota Vikings - 5
3 of 7 victories were against the Browns, Lions and Rams.

    4 10.989 ( 7 - 0 ) Indianapolis Colts - 3
Undefeated, but still behind 1-loss teams? In 7 games, they've only played 1 team with record of .500 or better, the 4-3 Cardinals.
    5 9.513 ( 5 - 2 ) Cincinnati Bengals - 4
They hold the edge against fellow AFC North opponents (ranked 6 and 7) due to 6 of 7 opponents currently at .500 or better.

    6 7.646 ( 5 - 2 ) Pittsburgh Steelers - 8
The defending champs have crept back after a 1-2 start.

    7 7.545 ( 4 - 3 ) Baltimore Ravens - 18
Big victory against Denver, and the Ravens make the biggest leap this week up 11 spots.

    8 7.482 ( 5 - 2 ) Philadelphia Eagles - 15
Big division victory against the Giants and the Eagles make an impressive leap themselves up 7 spots.

    9 7.175 ( 5 - 2 ) New England Patriots - 7
A bye week and victories by the Ravens and Eagles move the Patsies down 2 spots this week.

    10 6.864 ( 4 - 3 ) Atlanta Falcons - 10
You don't get punished in my mathematical formula for losing to a team that no one else could beat either, so the Falcons hold their 10 spot despite a loss.

    11 6.607 ( 5 - 3 ) Houston Texans - 12
    12 6.536 ( 4 - 3 ) Arizona Cardinals - 6
    13 6.455 ( 5 - 2 ) Dallas Cowboys - 14
    14 6.143 ( 5 - 3 ) New York Giants - 9
    15 4.954 ( 4 - 3 ) Green Bay Packers - 13
    16 4.946 ( 4 - 3 ) Chicago Bears - 17
    17 4.402 ( 4 - 4 ) New York Jets - 11
    18 4.239 ( 3 - 4 ) San Francisco 49ers - 16
    19 3.982 ( 3 - 4 ) Miami Dolphins - 21
The Dolphins have hovered around this spot for a few weeks now. They can move up significantly by getting to .500 with a victory this week in New England.
    20 3.464 ( 4 - 3 ) San Diego Chargers - 20
    21 1.784 ( 3 - 4 ) Carolina Panthers - 25
    22 1.393 ( 3 - 5 ) Buffalo Bills - 24
    23 1.161 ( 3 - 4 ) Jacksonville Jaguars - 19
    24 0.429 ( 2 - 6 ) Oakland Raiders - 22
    25 -0.482 ( 2 - 5 ) Seattle Seahawks - 23
    26 -1.920 ( 1 - 6 ) Tennessee Titans - 30
    27 -2.188 ( 1 - 7 ) Cleveland Browns - 27
    28 -2.536 ( 1 - 6 ) Detroit Lions - 26
    29 -3.009 ( 1 - 6 ) Kansas City Chiefs - 28
    30 -3.045 ( 2 - 5 ) Washington Redskins - 29
    31 -3.920 ( 1 - 7 ) St. Louis Rams - 31
    32 -5.964 ( 0 - 7 ) Tampa Bay Buccaneers - 32

I don't want to be "that guy" but..... I can't take any set of power rankings serious that has a Team A ranked hight than Team B when Team B has beaten Team A TWICE.
    Just sayin'.
