who are the players/coaches really feeling the constraint of urgency, the stress to produce on this years roster?
:omg:
the big ten under the gun to produce big-time:
1) Taylor- returns under a cloud of disappointment & injury
2) GinnJr- # 9 pick overall (our #1) & still has not made his bones in the NFL as a WR or Return Specialist
3) Grove- great expectations to anchor the line, an expensive center piece & gamble
4) Wake- the best of the Canadian league, great promise & potential, tremendous up-side & expectations, which translates in a serious potential to disappoint. the guy is under the microscope. he has to hit the ground running
5) J.Allen- last chance for what was considered a tremendous prospect, in an extremely talented & upgraded defensive backfield. no more excuses. he has to produce.
7) Soliai- (Fergie growing old * prone to injury or burn out?) 3-4 has to have a premiere NT & Paul will step up or parish @ the point of attack in 2009
8) Brown- new contract, unfulfilled promise, four years of very good but not elite performance, FranchiseBack or TandemBack, to be decided $$$ :yes:Ronnie must define himself in 2009
9) Wilford- last shot @ TE? big difference between TE & WR. better have an outrageous training camp to survive the cut
10) Special Teams Coordinator: John Bonamego- this is the Dolphin AchillesHeel. he's got to get the job done or walk. no more need be said

Taylor brings with him his own pressure to excel & lead. He wants to go out as a Dolphin on top & knows the New Regime will not give him anything unearned. there is big-time pressure on Jason by Jason.
-
agreed
-
Gibril Wilson can be added to the list. As well as everyone we've drafted. Specially our top 3 picks.
-
Clemons could be a real surprise, once the pads go on...everybody has to compete
-
FriendFinserg: he's run out of time
GinnJr needs to step up w/o excuse as both WR & Return Specialist
he was supposed to be the next Hester (da bears)
our first pick, #9 overall, has got to produce or walk
got other very, very fast WR's & people who can return the ball w/o the big contract
Armstrong, Chris Williams, Brennan Marion
are three that could step up as GinnJr steps down
PS: speed is the first thing to go with age:yes:he's got to play football
:pity: he will contribute according to contract & expectation or parish :pity:
it is my expectation he will step up  -
I expect Tony Sparano has instilled a significant sense of urgency in just about 80 players on the roster right now. Tony loves to remind his players there is open competition at EVERY position, and this is a perform-or-be-cut team.

Kudos, Friend PhinsRock,
absolutely on the money!
