Playing soccer...further proof as to why 30+ yr olds shouldnt be playing sports anymore. I need to stick to the couch -- you cant really tear anything sitting around doing nothing.
Now my athletes are asking "who's going to train the trainer?'
Ughh oh well, i guess that gives me more time to surf the web and post on my favorite phins website.

Ahhh that brings back memories. I just threw my crutches out the bedroom window after I nearly killed myself walking up stairs with them. I hated them when I tore up my knee twice in HS. I remember my doctor yelling at me when my mom told him I was playing halfcourt basketball on 1 leg cause I couldnt sit still anymore. I tore up every ligament in my left knee, except I only tore my ACL about 25%. I told the doctor he could go walk with the crutches if he felt they were useful. :lol:
