OK Gentlemen, Without further delay...thePHINS.com 2010 NFL Mock Draft is now underway. Just a brief reminder/review of how the mock works: GM's are encouraged to take their team's real needs into consideration, not just take the BPA. So, please do your research, and know the real needs of the team you are drafting for. Please do not assume, or simply select a player because he's a favorite of yours. GM's get a 24 hour time limit to select a player for the team they represent (please don't take 24 hours). If that limit expires, either Padre or myself will pick a player for the absentee GM, and we'll move on. That OK with you Pads? Assuming so, let's be in touch with each other (if such a situation arises) so we don't duplicate efforts...OK? When you make your selection, please do it as follows: The Miami Dolphins select (position then player name) from (name of school or university). Then, please copy and paste the list with your selection added to it. Once you've made your selection, and updated the list, please PM the next GM on the list so he knows he's on the clock. To be clear, the 24 hour clock starts with the posting of the pick (not the PM). Feel free to include any explanation or justification for your pick. BUT...please do not discuss the picks in this thread. There is a separate thread dedicated to any discussion/debate re; the entire mock draft. http://forums.thephins.com/showthread.php?p=1075938#post1075938 So, let's try and keep this thread to picks only...OK? Also, please do not roll this thread into the next round. I will start a new/separate thread for the second round (and any subsequent rounds that might follow) when we get close to completing the round. I don't know how far we'll go with this. So, we'll just keep drafting as long as everyone is still interested, and/or until the real thing rolls around in a few weeks....OK? Well, that's pretty much it guys...I think. So, whadya say? Let's get on with it. Here's the list of teams with each representing GM (in round #1 order): Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: adamprez2003 2 Detroit Lions: Striking 3 Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Big Red 4 Washington Redskins: Rocky Raccoon 5 Kansas City Chiefs: GridIronKing34 6 Seattle Seahawks: BuckeyeKing 7 Cleveland Browns: emeraldfin 8 Oakland Raiders: Alex44 9 Buffalo Bills: azfinfanmang 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: Cass 11 Denver Broncos: Fin-Omenal 12 Miami Dolphins: The G Man 13 San Francisco 49ers: Skeet84 14 Seattle Seahawks: BuckeyeKing 15 New York Giants: finyank13 16 Tennessee Titans: Daben 17 San Francisco 49ers: Skeet84 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: The G Man 19 Atlanta Falcons: Big Red 20 Houston Texans: vmarcilfan75 21 Cincinnati Bengals: padre31 22 New England Patriots: Bpk 23 Green Bay Packers: UCFinfan 24 Philadelphia Eagles: RickyC 25 Baltimore Ravens: RickyC 26 Arizona Cardinals: Rocky Raccoon 27 Dallas Cowboys: vmarcilfan75 28 San Diego Chargers: Skeet 29 New York Jets: emeraldfin 30 Minnesota Vikings: BuckeyeKing 31 Indianapolis Colts: rafael 32 New Orleans Saints: Saint Greg Remaining two teams (not picking in round #1) Carolina Panthers: SICK Chicago Bears: Padre31 And, here's the order for round #1 (please copy and paste this list to update with your pick once you've made it): Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh, Nebraska 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry, Tennessee 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Bulaga, Iowa 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden, Florida 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen, Notre Dame 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams, Oklahoma 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati, Idaho 11 Denver Broncos: ILB Rolando McClain, Alabama 12 Miami Dolphins: WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State 13 San Francisco 49ers: OLB Jason Pierre-Paul, South Florida 14 Seattle Seahawks: RB C.J. The Rams with the first pick of the first round draft Nebraska Defensive Tackle Ndamukong Suh. [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CCDMM3IivZY&feature=related"]YouTube- Ndamukong Suh Highlights[/ame] The Rams dont feel the Quarterbacks this year are worthy of a number one overall pick and will instead build a defensive line reminiscent of Spagnola's Super Bowl champion New York Giants. The Rams would have attempted trading down but failing that will pursue Donovan McNabb and draft a developmental QB in the later rounds Rd 1 1) The St Louis Rams select Ndamukong Suh from Nebraska.
The video is a nice touch Adam, but please, moving forward this is how I would prefer everyone make their selections: The St. Louis Rams select DT Ndamukong Suh from Nebraska. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: 3 Tampa Buccaneers: 4 Washington Redskins: 5 Kansas City Chiefs: 6 Seattle Seahawks: 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints: Adam, did you PM Striking? The Detroit Lions are now on the clock!
Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung from Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: 4 Washington Redskins: 5 Kansas City Chiefs: 6 Seattle Seahawks: 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers select DT Gerald McCoy from Oklahoma. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: 5 Kansas City Chiefs: 6 Seattle Seahawks: 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
The Washington Redskins select QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma With the Redskins offense in shambles and a new sheriff in town, things are going to start changing. The Skins catch a huge break by having the best QB in the draft fall to them. Now they just need someone to protect him. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: 6 Seattle Seahawks: 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints: The Kansas City Chiefs are now on the clock.
With the 5th overall selection in the NFL Draft, the Kansas City Chiefs select... Eric Berry, FS, Tennessee With the Chiefs finally getting some more players on offense in Thomas Jones and Chris Chambers to aid Matt Cassell, they will select, in my opinion, the second best defense player in the draft. Eric Berry will turn the Chiefs secondary into a strength with Brandon Flowers showing a lot of promise and Brandon Carr looking to have potential. Jarrad Page will return to strong safety, where he played in college, to give the AFC West something to think about when airing it out. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints: The Seattle Seahawks are now on the clock.
With the 6th pick in the NFL draft The Seattle Seahawks select.......Bryan Baluga, OT, Iowa. Seattle needs to sure up their Oline witht he loss of Walter Jones. Baluga will step in right away as the start for the Seattle Seahawks. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
With the 6th pick in the NFL draft The Cleveland Browns select: Joe Haden - CB- Florida This pick was always going to come down to either Eric Berry or Joe Haden and with Berry off the board, Haden is the pick. Haden in my opinion has everything you look for in a corner; fantastic in man coverage, playmaking ability, very physical, good speed (as proven at his pro day) and solid against the run. The Browns at the moment are very weak in the secondary and Haden is a massive upgrade over any of their current CB's. I've seen a few mocks that have Jason Pierre Paul going to the Browns. However I personally dont think drafting a project like JPP at 7 is smart and simply OLB is not as great a need as CB. Another possibility for this pick was Dez Bryant, as the Browns are in desperate need for a playmaker on offense. However I just feel that Haden is greater value as he is a safer prospect than Bryant and CB is a greater need. Even without all the crap that is coming out about Bryant, I would still have chosen Haden. Clausen was also an option here but with I think with Holmgren bringing in 3 QB's for the Browns, CB is still the greter need. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden 8 Oakland Raiders: 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
With the #8 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft the Oakland Raiders select Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame. With no salary cap this is the year the Raiders can cut ties with Ja-Off-The-Mark-Us Russel. He has shown no signs of ever improving as an NFL QB. With the best QB prospect off the board, Oakland goes with Clausen. I don't expect them to do this in real life, because they are Oakland, however cutting ties with Jamarcus and starting over at QB in an uncapped year is my justification for the pick. Other choices would have been Dez Bryant who I couldnt justify because of Heyward-Bey. And Earl Thomas, who would have replaced Michael Huff who is on the outs. 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen 9 Buffalo Bills: 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
Bills, pick #9: Trent Williams: OT Oklahoma 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen 9 Buffalo Bills:Trent Williams 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
With the #10 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft the Jacksonville Jaguars select Mike Iupati, OG, Idaho. 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati 11 Denver Broncos: 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- With the #11 pick in the 2010 NFL Draft the Denver Broncos Select ILB Rolando Mclain. 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati 11 Denver Broncos: LB Rolando Mclain 12 Miami Dolphins: 13 San Francisco 49ers: 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints:

The 49ers select OLB Jason Pierre-Paul USF! Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh, Nebraska 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry, Tennessee 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga, Iowa 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden, Florida 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen, Notre Dame 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams, Oklahoma 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati, Idaho 11 Denver Broncos: ILB Rolando McClain, Alabama 12 Miami Dolphins: WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State 13 San Francisco 49ers: OLB, Jason Pierre-Paul, USF 14 Seattle Seahawks: 15 New York Giants: 16 Tennessee Titans: 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints: Seahawks are on the clock!
With the 14th pick in the 2010 NFL draft the Seattle Seahawks select........ C.J. Spiller, RB, Clemson. Spiller is the most explosive player in the NFL draft and most certainly BPA at this point. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh, Nebraska 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry, Tennessee 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga, Iowa 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden, Florida 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen, Notre Dame 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams, Oklahoma 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati, Idaho 11 Denver Broncos: ILB Rolando McClain, Alabama 12 Miami Dolphins: WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State 13 San Francisco 49ers: OLB, Jason Pierre-Paul, USF 14 Seattle Seahawks: RB, C.J. With the 14th pick in the 2010 NFL draft the New York Football Giants select........ Sean Weatherspoon, LB, Mizzou. My first pick was McClain, second was Iupati, obviously both are gone, however the GMen's LB core needs some serious work, Pierce is gone, Boley didnt do great last year. He’ll be an instant contributor on that defense and he’d be a perfect fit for the Tampa 2 defense new coordinator Perry Fewell wants to install. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!!!! Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh, Nebraska 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry, Tennessee 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga, Iowa 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden, Florida 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen, Notre Dame 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams, Oklahoma 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati, Idaho 11 Denver Broncos: ILB Rolando McClain, Alabama 12 Miami Dolphins: WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State 13 San Francisco 49ers: OLB, Jason Pierre-Paul, USF 14 Seattle Seahawks: RB, C.J. Really tempted to take Earl Thomas as the BPA and try him at corner (the titans need a CB not a S), but the need at DE is too big, so playing it safe. With the 16th selection in the 2010 NFL Draft the Tennessee Titans select: Derrick Morgan, Defensive End, Georgia Tech. Round #1 1 St. Louis Rams: DT Ndamukong Suh, Nebraska 2 Detroit Lions: OT Russell Okung, Oklahoma State 3 Tampa Buccaneers: DT Gerald McCoy, Oklahoma 4 Washington Redskins: QB Sam Bradford, Oklahoma 5 Kansas City Chiefs: FS Eric Berry, Tennessee 6 Seattle Seahawks: OT Bryan Baluga, Iowa 7 Cleveland Browns: CB Joe Haden, Florida 8 Oakland Raiders: QB Jimmy Clausen, Notre Dame 9 Buffalo Bills: OT Trent Williams, Oklahoma 10 Jacksonville Jaguars: OG Mike Iupati, Idaho 11 Denver Broncos: ILB Rolando McClain, Alabama 12 Miami Dolphins: WR Dez Bryant, Oklahoma State 13 San Francisco 49ers: OLB, Jason Pierre-Paul, USF 14 Seattle Seahawks: RB, C.J. Spiller, Clemson 15 New York Giants: LB, Sean Witherspoon 16 Tennessee Titans: DE, Derrick Morgan, Georgia Tech 17 San Francisco 49ers: 18 Pittsburgh Steelers: 19 Atlanta Falcons: 20 Houston Texans: 21 Cincinnati Bengals: 22 New England Patriots: 23 Green Bay Packers: 24 Philadelphia Eagles: 25 Baltimore Ravens: 26 Arizona Cardinals: 27 Dallas Cowboys: 28 San Diego Chargers: 29 New York Jets: 30 Minnesota Vikings: 31 Indianapolis Colts: 32 New Orleans Saints: The 49ers are on the clock
I'm not participating, but following along, and to be correct his name is Weatherspoon not Witherspoon.

With OT's such as Trent Williams and Anthony Davis off the board, the Pittsburg Steelers turn their focus to fortifying their Dline. Dan Williams represents excellent value at #18, and provides the Steelers not only with the heir apparent to Casey Hampton, but a player that can also spell Hampton, and work as his understudy. The Pittsburg Steelers select NT Dan Williams, Tennessee.
