And this was a great win! What an amazing, dominating performance by our defense. Man, if only Sean Smith could catch!
Brandon Fields was a monster tonight. Just a monster.
Now, don't get me wrong, our offense did not play well at all. But, I really don't care. Makeshift offensive line, young QB, no running game at all, against a real good defense in really bad weather. I'm not concerned. Hey, Henne didn't throw a pick for the first time since week 2 and Marshall had a TD reception for the first time since week 3. So, there are a few positives.
But again, we won the game, beat the Jets in their new place and kept our playoff hopes alive. You have to be excited. Great win!

I was travelling today, so I missed the game. In your opinion was the offensive woes due to the weather, inept playcalling, bad effort in general by everyone, or a mixture of all? I was just curious. But I agree, a win is a win, especially against the Jets.

Mixture of everything. Weather, execution, playcalling. Really everyone to blame, but again bad weather and a good defense plays a big part in it as well.

Rocky, will you marry me? And then fight for the next five years and end in divorce?
Rocky Raccoon likes this. -
A win is a win. That was ugly, but we beat the Jets on a day when they had to resort to tripping players on the sidelines to try to pull something out. I'll take it.
