From the clips I saw on YouTube, he looks like a bit of a long-strider. Not a good thing for an NFL running back.

From what I've seen Muck, he has nice balance, and he weighs 208 (probably more, he said he got out of shape on SF's practice squad) and runs sub 4.4 40's.
I'd think he is a ST player for the rest of the year, he would only play on offensive downs as a scat back third down back type. -
i agree he's gotta be st material. but im interested because we felt strong enough to put A PS on the roster.

Sparano has said on several different occasions that he would make a roster spot for a Returner Specialist, he mentioned Megget and Eric Metcalf as examples.
And what perks up my ears about the guy is he can catch the ball out of the backfield, if he can block that would go a long way to replacing some of what Pat Cobbs did for us, but Sheets is much faster than Cobbs. -
yeah i believe its a nice churning of the bottom of the roster, with nice upside. With all the two tight end sets we use another rb with hands helps. Cobbs is gonna be sorely missed the guy was a gamer. I believe that Sparano said in his presser this guy is not afraid to block.

True, I think Hilliard fills in for Cobbs in the Wildcat though, bigger faster stronger but majorly unproven and Hilliard had some fumbling issues in the preseason, Sheets takes Cobbs role on returns.
A pity though that it will probably cost Q Moses his roster spot when Roth comes back. -
abso ****** lootley lol Hilliard fits perfect in the big package, and sheets is the returner . but we move so many people in and out the last two weeks i never know lol
While i love Roth , im not sure he hasnt burned bridges, its a toss up we trade him IMO. Mosses stays just a guess though
