Sorry, but this is just really really sad. This is gonna reflect negatively on Kiffin, and he has already had a tough time. So, are these MORONS looking at jailtime? I personally hope so.
Jeez..... You can give some people all the best opportunities to make a better life for themselves, and they'll still act like they're trying to survive in a poor part of town with no future. Example, committing a robbery at a convenience store.
If true , this is Karma biting Kiffin in the ***. Having said that we should not rush to judgement.It could be a case of mistaken identity or a prank gone wrong .
I mustve missed the Karma thing. I only know that Kiffen got absolutely screwed by Alice Davis IMO. The B-B gun displays intent regardless of the kinetic energy involved
Well at least UT finally got a thread on thephins. Anyway this is not a surprising thing for people who follow the program and I don't see it as a knock on Kiffin either. Phillip Fulmer had I believe 8 players arrested in one summer and over the last few years of his tenure that was quite common place. Also I know other programs like Florida have had this same problem recently (Nu'Keese Richardson was a player rumored to go to Florida originally). As for Richardson himself although he had promise with his speed to be honest whining over being homesick/not getting enough playing time as a Freshman is ridiculous and was an early warning sign of his immaturity. Also I am not excusing Kiffin for this as its his team and he should take responsibility as such but this is not that shocking to me. As for the players...great way to blow a great chance in life.
One of these guys was suspended for last week's game for flunking a drug test. Looks like he's a straight knucklehead. The fact that the driver was found with a bag of weed and a grinder in the car doesn't help matters. Richardson was the guy that committed to UF and changed at the last minute. Kiffin's accused Urban Meyer of breaking the rules in recruiting him.
STORY Have not liked Kiffin, but have to give him props for this move. Especially bc I think these two were actually contributing to the team.
Sadly as of late UT has been using that gun more on themselves than opponents sadly. Also as far as Kiffin's move to dismiss the players I will wait and see what happens to Janzen. If he was indeed not that involved then keeping him is okay but if he is getting special treatment because he was the best player of the three so far then that's not right.
I give no credit to Kiffin for dismissing Rishardson only cause he was looking to transfer. This in no way should reflect bad on Kiffin anyway. Kiffin is a coach and should not have to babysit anyone. Coaches should not be blamed for idiot kids throwing their lives away. Janzen Jackson may have not even been involved in robbery. Heard he was in the store buying something while robbery was taken place and had no idea what was going on. I actually think he is innocent except for having ******ed friends.
