So due to the increased interest in Foster the Texans are prepared to Franchise him and transition Mario. Foster is still available for trade if franchised but the Texans expect to be compensated with multiple picks atleast two in the first. Its either this or you go in a bidding war that could get ugly. The phone lines are open.
You cant transition Foster or do anything with Foster really as long as Mario has that exclusive tag on him.
So basically it's a win-win, maybe that was the plan all along.. muahahahahaha Take it back to that Bush/Williams conundrum... who will go first.
eh, it's not too bad. I'm almost set on offense with the exception of an offensive lineman or two. On defense, I would have a great front 4 if I can snag Mario. My LB corps is average, but young with potential. My secondary sucks but I have time. I feel like in the end, my secondary will be the best part of my entire team.
After much debate and the underwhelming amount of response the Texans have determined it to be in the best interest of the Texans to keep Mario Williams Tagged and let Foster stay tendered, but let it also be known the Texans are willing to match ANY offer made on Foster. Foster is a Texan and that's where he will stay.
