That was a big F U to all the haters. Overcame adversity and cane out with a hard fought win. Back up QB and all. I guess the Bears now will not be a “quality team”. Crawl back in your holes.
Great win. Great day.

A win is a win! I'll take it any way I can get it. I thought for sure we were dead once Drake fumbled in overtime, but we got the win. This is how it has been the entire time Gase has been our coach. We've had way too many games like this for my taste, but they are fun and we have won the majority of them. We're 4-2, i'll take that! We should be 5-1, but 4-2 is cool with me. On to next week.

Am I supposed to be excited for Brock as the QB of the future? He is terrible when teams have time to game plan for him. Did this game convince me that Tanny is the answer at QB? I am more concerned that the drop off to Brock was hardly noticeable.
I'm happy to see a win today, I will enjoy it, but nothing about this game really answered my long-term concerns about this team or the coaching.texanphinatic and resnor like this. -
I don’t call myself a hater and don’t blame people who doubt this organization. It’s so hard to trust anything Miami does after years and years of disappointment. Having said that, I’m really happy that we’re 4-2 and maybe, just maybe, it’s time to trust Miami?

They don't get trust until they earn it. Playoff win at least. Until then, it's perfectly fair to be a skeptic.
No mistake, the Bears are a good team, and beating them is a good win. But does it really tell us anything? No.Redwine4all likes this. -
My wife was asleep next to me with a migraine all the way up until about 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter. I was like "YEEESSS!!! GOOO!!! ****!!!!!" all in the tiniest whisper I could manage. Once she woke up and said her headache was gone though, I was screaming my freaking head off!mbsinmisc, Tin Indian and Redwine4all like this.

That's a horrible attitude....are you a Miami fan or not? Because if so, then you'd be happy we've beaten what will end up being three playoff teams so far on the year and had a 4th shut out until Tannehill had a few shocking moments.
What does the Bears win tell us? It says we're 4-2 and still leading the division. There's nothing else that needs to be said if you're a Miami fan.Boik14, mbsinmisc and Dol-Fan Dupree like this. -

Nah it's not horrible at all. It's realistic. I will be happy for victories as they come, but I'm not working myself up into a fever because of it. This team has shown little reason to trust it for quite some time now. Until they do, why should I? I'm not going out of my way to **** on stuff like some people do, but I'm also not going into crazy homer mode because of a win.
What 3 will-be playoff teams have we beaten though? -
I get your lack of optimism. If this current team somehow stumbled into the playoffs they would get spanked out of the first round.Last edited: Oct 14, 2018Redwine4all likes this. -
New England has zero penalties tonight.

Our next six games are Lions, Texans, Jets, Packers, Colts, and Bills. I don't see any reason why we can't go 4-2 or better during that stretch just like we did at the start of the season. The Lions are a weird match-up since they've beat two great teams (Packers/NE) but lost to the Jets, Cowboys and 49ers. We should win there and then we get a good Texans team on a Thursday night.
Looking at the entire schedule though, there's really only 3 or 4 games left that you'd consider probable losses- the Pats, Packers, Texans and Vikings. They all look pretty winnable though in my opinion if we have the offensive line problems sorted out.
