The problem with the Skolnick piece is that Brown generally does not get better as games go on. I didnt check last year, but statistically he was at his best in the upper range of carries he would have splitting snaps. As far as trading him, I would be for it. He is one of my favorite players, but it is highly unlikely they pay him big money as an FA, barring Ireland having a different view than Parcells on the matter
