Watching it now talks about team needs and what he looks for in players http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d80ed25fc
He made a point that he likes to meet players personally and judge the players passion for the game more than anything else .
Every time I see an interview with Coach Sparano, I like the guy more and feel like we've got our HC for the next 10-15 years. I know I'll get a lot of flack for that, but in many ways he reminds me of Shula, with TS what you see is definitely what you get. Nobody will outwork the guy, he might get out coached once in a while, but not often, and he'll come back with a vengeance the next time he plays that team, you can count on that.
