On Sparano's show he singled out Henne, Marshall, Hartline, and Thomas for doing good things vs Houston. He mentioned that DT just missed a few big plays by being unable to step out of ankle and leg tackles. He said that Gates is very close to breaking one, and they worked with him this wekk to add more chances. The team had a VG week of practice.
I was pretty impressed by Thomas (fumble aside) - hopefully he keeps running well all year. By the by - where / when can you listen to Sparano's show?
How many times has Sparano said the team's had a "good week of practice" and they've gone out and laid an egg?
I don't know if we can really say... I know of at least one occassion when he said they had a bad practice and lost...as well as one occassion when they had a good week of practice and followed up with a win...
Yeah but it is the local Miami CBS channel 4. I don't know if "Out Of Towners" can pick up a replay on line.
