I have no ties to Gulfstream. I just did a little google research and found out where his planes are kept. Darlington said he was headed to an airport 20 miles from Harbaugh's house.
I went on FlightAware to see if any flights left out of the airport on Long Island where Ross keeps his plane and luck would have it there was a flight in the air right now from there to San Jose International...which is 30 miles from Stanford's campus.

Good catch I have seen Ross on a couple different jets. Tracking these guys can be tricky, I am shocked his planes aren't marked private.

Yes. There is also a smaller plane, Cessna Citation X, that left right behind it that is going to San Jose as well.
So they might be on that one, but they are headed out there as well.

San Jose has a Private airport right next to the international one; when i worked with the sabercats we used john fry's airplane to go to games and we would leave from there. Its relatively close to santa clara where the 49ers headquarters are and close to where JH lives.
