Hopefully, those of us from out of the area will hear first-hand reports of today's practice here. Darlington just said that Tua punctuated a meh practice with a 65 yard (!) strike in the end zone to Cheetah. Haven't been on other social media to see if there's video of it.

I'm pretty sure his presence is one of the reasons why McDaniel was interested in coming. Not sure about how shocking it would be, but I could see us trading Long before Gesicki. Keep in mind, trades for the next month are either going to be player-for-player or for late round draft picks. Nobody's going to part with assets if they think they can lure a player once we're forced to release him.
I'm actually intrigued to see who our WR3 will be this year, obviously we spent some money in FA bringing in Wilson but based off the camp reports it seems like Ez has been doing well. Definitely not a bad problem to have though.
I think training camp is going well. Some nice surprises in the secondary with Crossen and Trill Williams apparently stepping up in Jones’ absent. Also sounds like Holland has found another level. Sounds like the additions of Cheetah and Cedric are having the desired effect on the passing game. Nervous about sitting starters during all pre season though. Just post trauma from how bad the team started season under Flores. Usually took 5 games before the team played to potential. I would rather use the pre season to knock the cobwebs off. But I guess you have to trust McDaniel is getting more out of practices then Flores ever did.
