Damn. Ray Edwards was who I was gonna bid. But no compensation right, the team can either match the offer or let him go?
is it just one year deals or is it multi-year deals where you can stagger the salary on a year by year basis?
It's just one year deals. Now, the question I have is that 24 hour window.. if you have two teams bidding up the price on someone and the original team (the team that placed the tag, whatever it is) chooses not to match, who is the winner? 24 hours exactly??
Of course we defer 90% till next year so when you get the Cards you get screwed with rediculous backrent.....Stoooooopid
