Watch the walk through. His truck was parked near the clubhouse. When the dispatch asked him where he was he said, "The best address I can give you is the clubhouse." He never moved the truck after that because the audio clearlyreveals that he gets out of the car.

Did you even look at the map you posted or not? The clubhouse is A, the truck is C. That is not parking at the clubhouse.

I agree. But I don't think that's all she is. And where she is from her being both ignorant and racist is understandable

I feel the exact opposite. I think the fact that she is a minority who sometimes finds her a target of racism should make it less understandable.

That would be like someone saying that its understandable for a person in Germany to be a Nazi or a person from West Virginia a member ok the KKK. Difference of opinion but that excuse don't wash with me.

He is on record but your point is taken. I do hope he testifies in court to explain to the jury what happened in his own words.

OK, you're right. He's parked about 30 yards past the clubhouse. However, this further proves you wrong. GZ states that he sees TM near the clubhouse, looking at houses. He drives past Martin and stops. TM then approached GZ, saw he was on the phone, and then ran. GZ got out of his vehicle and followed him in order to give better directions to the dispatcher he was on the phone with.

Those maps absolutely prove Zimmerman followed Martin in his truck while Martin was running and when Martin ran to where Zimmerman couldn't drive, he hoped out of the car and gave chase on foot. Then they show that Zimmerman deviated from the direct path back to his vehicle.

As we can see, it appears unlikely that Zimmerman ever “chased down” Martin. Zimmerman only pursued long enough to maintain visual contact to see what direction Trayvon was going.

Nope. While on the phone with dispatch you hear GZ state that he passed TM and then parked his truck. TM then approached GZ..not the other way around. If RickyBobby is correct, you can hear GZ put his truck into park, tell the dispatcher that TM is approaching him, and then states that TM ran.

She sounded like she had an agenda. You really believe that she is so dumb that she does not understand that the term cracker is racist? I think its more likely that she was refusing to admit that because she thinks it hurts the prosecution and she wants Zimmerman convicted. I think it impugned her character by showing that she is willing to lie to advance her agenda

0:15 – The best address I can give you is the clubhouse.
0:45 – He’s just staring at the houses. Now he’s staring at me.
1:00 – He’s coming towards me.
1:20 – He’s coming to check me out.
2:08 – ****, he’s running.
2:14 – Sound of truck door being closed.
2:20 – He’s heading towards the back entrance.
2:25 – Are you following him? Yep.
2:45 – He ran… Zimmerman stops and completes the 911 call.

Basically your saying that you think GZ was a gun wielding cowboy type who was purposely aggravating a situation in the hopes of having an opportunity to pull out his gun and be some kind of hero?

Yes, but I wouldn't say with the intent to shoot.

But I do think he was looking for a problem and that he was very aware he had a 9mm on his hip.

And let's not act there aren't people in this world who impersonate cop and kill people or others that that look for trouble.

Ultimately I think GZ created the perfect storm. TM was initially doing NOTHING WRONG! THAT'S. A. FACT.

No, but I think it would be understandable if a Jew in Germany is scared of Nazis or a black to be afraid of those backwoods rednecks in West Virginia. Have you seen CIF? He's supposedly top notch up there.

I was not agreeing or disagreeing with you. I just wanted to understand where you are coming from on this.

As far as TM doing anything wrong or not, that is unknown but like Zimmerman I give Martin the benefit of the doubt until someone can prove otherwise.

What I have a hard time getting around is there evidence that Zimmerman was assaulted and as sad as it turned out. He has the right to defend himself with deadly force.

Zim saw somebody he perceived as suspicious and he called the police. He decided to maintain visual contact so the police could locate the kid once they arrived. That was brave of him. An assault occurred and he defended himself.

What I would like to know is what kind of wounds were on TM other then the gun shot wound.

the cut did not require stitches, I think you're overstating the cuts. With that being said one good head bang can kill someone.

BUT Travons body was laying in the grass

The cuts would have warranted stitches, but since he waited too long they began to heal on their own. That is what some medical personnel said.

A one inch laceration is pretty big.

A one inch laceration = A one inch cut

Not very big at all. Wasn't it just they next day?

The whole point of stitches is that they're needed bc the cuts are too big to heal on their own.

None other than the marks on his hands consistent with punching someone in the face.

WFTV has confirmed that autopsy results show 17-year-old Trayvon Martin had injuries to his knuckles when he died.

Usually 12 hrs is too late to stitch.

A 1 inch cut/laceration is not small.

Partly true. The two main reasons for stitches is to lessen the chance of infection and reduce scarring. Nearly ALL types of lacs/cuts will heal on their own and without the aid of stitches.
