The injuries are not soft tissue injuries or strains or pulls. HOW DO YOU OUT TRAIN TEARING AN ACL? Or a sprained ankle? Or a broken wrist?
Here's a question maybe one of the "the training staff sucks" people can answer, which injuries specifically do you think could have been avoided? "we have a bunch of injuries, those damn trainers MUST be responsible:. -
a lack of cardio vascular conditioning can cause fatigue in the muscles, thus slowing a player down, creating hesitation which can leave players from quick movements to avoid collisions etc..
I would absolutely look into the programs, starting with qb 1, cause that 25 year old is inexcusably out of shape.dolphin25 likes this.
