It concerns me that the defense is dominating an offense that has been in place for 3 years now.

It should an actually elate you, that a 1st year DC bringing in a new defensive scheme is so effective against a top tier offense.
If this defense is playing this well against this offense, I can’t wait to see it unleashed on the rest of the league.

Would love to think our defense will be good without Wilkins and Gink but it’s hard.
On the good side we don’t have that phoney of a def coordinator corrupting the morale of the team

Well that’s kind of what I was getting at in my earlier post. If our 1st year DC is putting up a defense that’s making our offense struggle, then it’s a viable defense, even without Wilkins and Thor.

From reports I saw the D was installing rush packages. That is always a tuff (if not... yikes) few days for the O that is just getting OL communication setup, much less having the normal counters installed or being called.

Yeah, rushing while being blocked by air does that. Or, a blocker setting up expecting but not getting inside help, and using an inside move. It's not that I don't have concerns about the OL considering how they played at the end of last season. It's just that more time is needed before figuring out just how inebriated I will need to be for the games.

I know. I'm trying to cut back but this Dolphins O might be making it hard to do.
Lots of people will tell you what they think about you and what you shouldn't and should do. Not everyone's thoughts are worth consideration. Don't take criticism from anyone who you wouldn't also go to for advice.

They had so many different line combinations last year. I would say that Williams and Hunt were the big loses and Brewer was the big addition.
Jackson started 16 games at T and is back
Eichenberg started 12 games at G or C and is back
Armstead started 10 games at T and is back
Hunt started 10 games at G and is gone
Williams started 9 games and is gone
Cotton started 8 games at G and is back
Lamm started 8 games at T and is back
Wynn started 7 games at T and is here (PUP still)
Jones started 5 games at G and is back
More played at various times but didn't start.
