You can listen to the archives on Sick's site. You can also scroll through it, which is pretty awesome so you don't have to listen to the whole thing. It is the last 15 mins our so.

I'd just listen to the whole thing though, good episode.

    And,

C'mon Marshall. WTF man? If you are going to punt the ball AGAIN, for the media, at least pull out a sharpie from your sock and sign the damned thing.

I was reading some articles during the whole pissing contest so I didn't catch every word, but Conu had some good insight before that. I also found myself reasoning with Sam's point of view as well.

It was def. in between. Marshall is no angel, but he isn't a cancer. Them two were arguing black and white when the situation was clearly gray.

Entertaining radio to say the least.

    This could be a problem.

Our o-line depth is becoming a real issue. Thomas could start at RG and be fine, but the injuries seem to be piling up on that unit.

Ah, when things are "warm" Sparano has a praise agenda.

Losing Garner and Jerry would be huge..and explain the lineup shuffling.

Richie and Thomas would be a decent G combo, Richie and Berger with Grove at Center would be fine as well.

That was the only thing sparano could say. All that needs to happen is for Marshall to catch a couple balls Saturday and all this goes away.

The depth on the o-line would be hurst considerable but I don't think the drop from Jerry to Thomas is all that much. The drop from Thomas to Cory Procter is alot bigger.

Well, Tone, us fans would like to have seen it settled by now as well.

Garner going down is a hit, Jerry being nicked is a problem, but not a huge one as DThom and Rotten Richie are both RG's.

Another Sparanoism, last yr when the Matt Roth mystery injury was going on, Rosenhaus said Roth was sick, a reporter asked Sparano about it and he said the same thing last yr.

Only added "that is the first I've heard of it".

Anthony Sparano would be right at home sipping expresso with the guys with pinky rings and expensive hand made shoes at a outdoor cafe up North..

Alrighty, we've all been following this story, I've read every tweet and all of the blogs from those who follow the team daily..never heard that sentiment expressed a single time.

Either Rotoworld is hearing that privately, or they are adding some hot sauce unto this stuff.

Rotoworld has a history of drawing wild conclusions from sources that say nothing of the sort.

    You can ignore them.

There are many ways to take it really. Each beat writer will form their own opinion on the matter. I wouldn't look too much into it unless there is a third punt. Can't believe we are talking about it to this length, but it makes sense.

Let's break it down shall we.

Punt 1 - Out of frustration. Reminiscent of his stint in DEN where he acted immaturely to send a message to his FO and coaching staff that he wasn't happy with his situation there and refused act like an adult, but not at all in many people's opinion the same meaning of Punt 1 here in MIA. That was a long sentence, possibly a run on, but spell check didn't catch it, come to think of it spell check never notifies people of run on sentences and perhaps I've been writing run ons for quite some time since many of my sentences are long, but then again, perhaps not - I will have to look more into my writing style.

Punt 2 - In spite of and in mockery of the media making a big deal of his first punt. This could have actually been sanctioned by the coaching staff to use Punts 1 and 2 to build morale amongst the team.

Punt 3 - Implosion. Cut him immediately. Cancer. The sky is falling.

Hmm, yes and no, I hope Sparano has dealt with this privately, if so I don't mind the public "shrug", if he is hoping it will just go away on it's own..

That I'm not to thrilled with, BMarsh has a 4yr deal, he isn't going away anytime soon.

Hmm, I'd love to hear Conu's take on that statement.

Longshot making noise, he has to show something on returns though.

Padre, do you honestly believe that Sparano just let it slide? Lol. Please. The fact that he doesn't throw players under the bus was established ling time ago, and I think it's a very good thing. I also hear people moaning about him and Ireland giving out "worthless" pressers, such as them liking our receivers, and trading for Marshall, or liking our TE and signing Martin. I love it. The less people know, the better, IMO.

Maybe, then again the same strategy with Matt roth and he was waived in November.

I'm just sayin' that sometimes you have to deal with people and not just ignore it with a shrug.

Think about it, "if" Sparano did talk to BMarsh behind the scenes, then why did he kick yet another football today?

Sparano is too hands-on to simply click his heels and hope the matter goes away. Of course, he's also smart enough to know that this isn't a big deal in the first place.

4 year extension to his rookie contract. He's under contract for 5 years total: the last year of his rookie deal plus the four years we gave him. Marshall is ours through 2015.

Whats interesting is not the punt but this.....I could care less about Marshall punting the ball as long as it doesnt cost us 15 on the ensuing kickoff.....however the FS...??

Marshall easily sprinted into the end zone (exactly where was the free safety on this one) for a touchdown, then immediately punted the ball, sending those in attendance (fans, the media, coaches, his teammates) a message.

    Rehashed info...just a reminder

Dolphins OG Nate Garner is expected to miss 4-6 weeks after undergoing surgery on his left foot last week.

Garner re-broke the same foot that was surgically repaired earlier in the offseason. His versatility will be missed, especially with rookie John Jerry fighting through knee soreness.

Well FY..thePhins board knew it last week when P Kirwin said "Nate Garner has a broken foot" on Sirius's 4 hour visit to Camp Davie.

This really isn't, or shouldn't, be news to "us".

Allow me to dredge up Dimitri Tsoumpas, the CFL G, imho I'd much rather see what he could have done rather than bringing in Proctor and Feinga.

Proctor is a marshmellow and Feinga has never done a single thing in pro football..strictly my .02 cents.

    Well away from here
That's not exceptionally bad though really. 4 weeks from now the season will be essentially a week old, so he will be out roughly until the bye week. If that is the rough time frame I can certainly live with that. It would help him get back into decent playing shape.

Wow they really are trying to drum this crap up....all of sudden Miami is worried and wants to opt out after this year.....just STFU and go away...

According to South Florida Sun-Sentinel, some "inside the Dolphins organization" remain concerned that Brandon Marshall will "revert to the petulant behavior that marked his time in Denver" when things aren't going his way.

Marshall's punting escapades of the past two days aren't a serious concern. Unlike his petulance in Denver, this time he's frustrated with himself as opposed to the team. Still, it's worth a reminder that the Dolphins did hedge their bets with Marshall, giving themselves an out on his contract after this season.
