CapsForum VeteranI like it. Little things like this may seem corny from the outside but they're usually very effective in the workplace. I'm willing to bet there's several players that want to take that belt from him.
Giving them incentive to do their job always gets a thumbs up for me, as long as its in good fun.
I hear Competition is the Elixir of Success, can't remember where I heard that from though :shifty:
