Rumble Johnson handed him that choke. It was as if he'd never been on the ground before. He got his arm near his neck and he just sat there and waited for him to cinch it in. Very disappointed, but Johnson lost to the more experienced fighter.

 

How did a judge score the fight 30-27 for Griffin? I mean First round was close and I gave that rd to Ortiz. 2nd rd easily went to Ortiz imo. 3rd rd easily went to Griffin. Yet one judge gave all 3 rds to Griffin. I dont understand the scoring and even Dana White was like WTF....
My score card went like this
1st 10-9 Ortiz
2nd 10-9 Ortiz
3rd 10-8 Griffin
28-28 Draw

 

Alot of people don't like Koscheck, i guess im the minority here.
That was a great fight.

I thought Tito won the first two rounds...but gave away the 3rd round so badly that he deserved to lose.

 

Tito should've won that fight. He won the first two rounds, Griffin won the 3rd.

Anthony Johnson proved me right in thinking he was overrated. I'm glad he lost, so people will stop worshipping him as the second coming of GSP. The guy is athletic, to be sure, but he just isn't cut from the cloth of a champion.

Baroni proved that being ripped doesn't make you a "bad ***". I love watching Baroni get his *** whooped, the guy is such a cocky bastard for being such a crappy fighter.

Overall, the card was better than I expected.

I can't wait untill Dec. 5th. Houston Alexander will get his *** whooped by Kimbo, baby!!
Then, a mere week later, BJ Penn will DESTROY Diego Sanchez!

Lots of MMA in a short period of time. It's been great!

 

Kos is a good fighter. I like his willingness to fight anybody at any time. He's not a guy who wants to pad his record, he wants to go out and prove himself against the best, and he wants to do it more than just a few times per year. He said he wants 10-12 fights in 2010! I have no doubt he would do it if the UFC would let him.

I think a guy like him is exactly the type of guy to give GSP trouble, a guy who has better wrestling than him.

I think if anybody in the UFC WW division is going to beat GSP, it's Koscheck.

 

I like Koscheck too. I don't know why some people dislike him.

All-American or not, I don't know that anybody's a better wrestler than GSP. Nobody has proven it anyway. He's plowed thru everybody on the ground. But I'd like to see Koscheck go at him. Certainly more than Dan Hardy.

Johnson still has a ways to go. IMO he should be at 185 anyway.
