i disagree completely. It looks great, but I've yet to see something on PS3 that I don't think can be done on the 360.

well its a great game if you wanna play it for that reason. but if you just really wanna play Uncharted 2 then no.

All you need to know is Drakes a sometimes shady treasure hunter who always plays the hero in the end. He and Elana had a thing going in the first game, something happened in between the two games and now theres a new chick in uncharted 2.

The first game was about drake finding francis drakes fortune. Uncharted 2 is about finding shangrila. In both games your racing against theives for the treasure. GO!

just beat the game. Very good stuff. i have stuff id like to say but cant.

I think I'm on chapter 9 or so. This game is amazing and I don't think it can be done on the 360.

Is there any lame underground "monsters" or other cheesy twist in the 2nd one?

Definitely worth playing regardless IMO.

Minus one kinda lame twist, the first one is a great game.

Near the end of 2 (I'm at the end now I think - will beat it tonight), they change it up a bit. Not as annoying as they did it in part 1. I love the game, but I do have gripes. It annoys me that every single thing this guys walks on has to break. It ended up taking the excitement out of it later in the game for me. Every ledge, bridge, or anything that he walks on has to break, crumble, or explode and he barely makes it and hangs on with one hand. Do this 10 gazzillion times in the game and it just turns into me saying "Oh come one... How many times can this BS happen". The first few times are shockers and you think "Wow this is intense". But they do it so much it loses it's appeal. Even my ADD brother was saying "Jeez, does everything have to break" - Sounding kind of annoyed just watching me play.

well....

As snips said, they do roll into a non-human-ish enemy at the end (what I think is the end). But it's neither as abrupt or as WTF-ish as the 1st game

oh definitely. they reused a bunch of crap that got annoying. the same exact animcation for helping someone up a latter. Having someone jump over a gap and you catching them, crap falling apart. they even used the same animations for when drake opened up doors with someone.

I need to scrounge up a little extra money to get a hold of this one.

i;m not saying it's a bad game... I'm just saying there's tons of other games that mop the floor with it. Batman, Infamous, Borderlands, Shadow Complex... The list isn't as short as a lot of people would make it seem. imo of course.

uncharteds fantastic, but not up there with Batman for sure. batman was the most original and out-of-no-where game of the year.

I really liked Infamous and Shadow Complex but I think Uncharted 2 is the better of the three.

As far as Batman, Its a very tough choice for me. I would probably go with Uncharted 2 because it has more replay value for me.

Has anyone went and played online for this game yet?

From what I played its a blast.

But of course I love every aspect of this game. :D

it is a lot of fun, i probably played about 5-7 hours worth of it online. It gets dull after awhile unfortunately. I think it's the lack of gun variety. using anything other than the two guns they give you to start each match puts you at a disadvantage basically. Except for the rocket launcher of course.

Luckily for me I get bored with any online game after 5-7 hours of play. Of course I am not a huge online gamer as a result but so far Uncharted 2 ranks up there with the fun factor I have out of the Battlefield and COD online features. However like I said I never get obsessed with online gaming and every facet of it.

was expecting a little bit more if an ending there, especially since half the game is cgi. but it was awesome over-all, no doubt.

what a year for games. man, the last 3 i played! talk about back to back to back homeruns. ass creed 2 has its work cut out for it.

3. uncharted 2

Been playing this for about a week now, having a ton of fun, great game. May not be the greatest game ever but its definetly worth the cash. The graphics are great, the story is actually really engrossing. I am usually not a fan of games like this to be honest but it has me playing it for hours on end.

Just beat the game. I have to say the guys at Naughty Dog are BRILLIANT. Not only is the graphics and sound are top notch, but the game is FUN. The controls are better than the first game. ND really has a knack at not letting the technical qualities of the game get in the way of the fun-factor. I really enjoyed the story.

One thing I noticed that the treasures really are hidden better in the game. I only managed to collect like 22 of them in the game.
