I just deleted two hard drives. A 60 gig and a 250 gig. There was windows on one and Linux on the other.

I'm trying to stick linux on one and use the other as storage. I'm installing linux on the 60 gig and the storage will be the 250 gig.

I have installed the system on the 60 gig already but I reboot and I get a UUID error; which is a MBR error.

Anyone know how to fix this by chance?

Have you tried booting into an Ubuntu or any Linux Live CD and fixing grub or lilo?

Linux LiveCD was able to fix many issues I wasn't able to fix with a Vista DVD. You can even use it to recover data when a Vista DVD couldn't.
