Thought some of you might like these... they are pictures taken from a game camera strapped to a tree. enjoy!! [/IMG]
I'd be willing to bet that most of these animals are now in our freezer & their heads are hanging somewhere in our house, haha
lol Nothing wrong with hunting, it helps keep animal populations in check and it's a way that alot of hunters feed their families.
I've ate some fishy tacos in my life but eating black bear is down right wrong... I once saw an asian girl eat a mouse...... she crunched the bones
I had tons of pics, but I lost my hard drive and hundreds of pics. I still have some, but no where near what I used to.
Yeah.....that shot was a bit weird. Big hunter I take it? Me not so much, but my dad is big into hunting. Don't get me wrong I LOVE to shoot but I have a hard time convincing myself to crawl out of bed at 3 in the morning during sub zero temps to go sit in a tree :P My dad's shot a ton of deer, buffalo, elk, turket, etc. Actually...it just occurred to me the last time I went hunting was 5 years ago when I ran into a mountain lion while pheasant hunting.........hmmmm......
Come on Cal we all know you aren't a real hunter until you hunt the ultimate species. Spoiler Unicorn :
Actually, I am very big on hunting!! I absolutely love it!! I actually look forward to climbing out of bed at 3am. I would do it everyday if humanly, and legally, possible. From past experience, I can tell you that dealing with mountain lions is no fun. Basically, if it has hair, I'm huntin it!! And feathers too...
Human? Seriously though I have never been big on hunting but I have always loved to fish. Fishing is very relaxing and I cherish those mornings and evenings sitting on the bank just taking in nature.
I definately live by this motto. I will try anything (within reason) once. I have heard Bear is great from a few people. Squirrel up North is supposed to be amazing as well.
I think I forgot how cool looking an animal deer are. And their also delicious...so they got that goin for em too.
