Since im in the whole gettin' in to shape mindset, I figured a good multivatamin won't hurt.

The best vitamins you can get are from food. Vitamins in pill form aren't even 10% as effective unless you take them with the right foods. If you're eating the right foods why take them?

    I disagree brother

First keep in mind that it is never good to replace a meal with a vitamin

That being said, all foods also have other things associated with them such as sugars, carbohydrates fats of several types etc.
Depending on how active you are, a good multi-vitamin is the perfect supplement to any good diet (Keep in mind, a vitamin is not justification to eat crap all day)

As for type, any solid brand will suffice, and guys should always make sure they are not taking w/ Iron
