    Well, culture is beginning to build for the D, problem is they simply MUST stop using what I'd call "out" words, like "Could" and "Think we can", stand up you spinless eunuchs and say some stuff like "we WILL kick some asses on defense this yr, do not worry about it, we will CRUSH people this yr"

    That is a reflection of coaching, and I personally like it. 'If' they work hard they 'could' be a dominant defense, but they have to grow still. They are admitting that they are only getting better with room to improve. Seems they're focused on doing it too.
