I love Johnny U and Montana, as well was Elway, but Marino is the prototypical QB. He made your team better just by having him on your team. We had one losing season under Marino, and thats with having both porous defenses and porous offenses. Elway I think is next, because he could run as well as throw, but not like Marino. No doubt,if he had he would be the greatest thing since sliced bread. -
Just watched Dan's comeback to win the Sugar bowl in '82.
He just had greatness flowing through those veins. Pitt was virtually unbeatable with him, and the Dolphins posted an incredible record during his reign.
I just wish he'd had a decent defense during his tenure. Just once, so he could have won a Superbowl.
